Remedy Roofing

Description of Work: Remedy Roofing is a Nation wide proveder their Corperate office is Texas so please don't limit this review to only Colorado. Rememdy Roofing never finished the job of repairing my roof from hail damage and it never pased inspections. The estimate from my insurance co was $5,100. So this went from a $5,100.00 estimate then sued me for over $9,050.00 without any bill generated or explanaition why the (? I can't say THE BILL because I never recieved one) charges were so high. This company also did NOT apply any of the original contract amount of $3,600 I paid them. I received a nasty hateful voicemail from the Reginal Manager Brad Scarpino telling me that I he knew I already received payment from my insurance company and that if I didn't send it to him in 10 days he was going to sue me for legal fees, attorney fees, interest and anything else he can sue me for

Description of Work: Removed old roofing material, gutters, and old damaged siding material. Put on new roofing material, gutters, some siding and painted exterior of home.

Description of Work: This company came in my home and signed a contract with me to perform services to replace my roof due to hail damage. The contract was based on the estimate my insurnance company provided. The contract stated that any further charges had to be approved. This company's Regional Manage became very agressive and harrasing when I refused to allow them as 2nd payee on my check from my insurance company. He left me a message saying he was going to sue me for "everything I can". They billed me over $8,000.00 before the work was completed. It didn't even pass my Town's inspection. However they billed me for over $8,000.00 after I paid them in full. They did not apply my payments at first, then when they did they still billed me the same amount. They are in the process of suing me for the $8,000.00 + they are NOT owed. I have all the paperwork to win a case against them. They saw me as a timid single woman and took adjantage of me. When I hired another company to finish the work and bring it up to code, I found out that Remedy roofing was paid for replacement of my vents but they never replaced even one.
