Scott, Jose, Manuel, and Reggie are an amazing team. Sonja and Russ were incredibly patient. In my five year effort of trying to find a home without mold, I found a diamond in the rough with New Season. This amazing team stuck may not be the biggest or most well known, but they have stood by me through seven separate stages of work. They were ALWAYS responsive, polite, knowledgeable and fair. In a universe that doesn't fully understand mold or mold abatement, this team stands apart. If they do not know something, they admit it. If you need highly specialized service, they provide it. Hands down, I will continue to refer friends to New Season and feel grateful for all they have done to make my home environment safe.Your favorite customer!tls

They did a nice job.

From beginning to end, the team lead by Scott - the sales rep/project lead - was positive.  They knew what they were doing.  They took the necessary precautions and helped a HIGHLY allergic person remediate mold from my bathrooms.  The mold was from a prior owner having carpeted bathrooms.  So, the mold spores were found on the perimeter of the tubs/showers. 
The team knew how to assess the damage (measure moisture levels), remediate, and inform me of the nonsense of the contractor telling me there was no problem.  I have extensive experience identifying mold.  So, it is highly offensive when a vendor tries to overbid or suggest the problem is different than it is. 
This team, this company did nothing offensive.  They helped alleviate my concerns and remediate the mold, prior and after my remodel work. THANK YOU New Season.

.WONDERFUL professional service.  I was flying in to take care of a rental property we were preparing for sale.  I had been notified of damage by the back sliding door drywall obviously caused by water.  We were not sure where the water was coming from, exterior from weather, or interior leak from water lines.  My arrival had been delayed several times as my flights had been delayed and canceled in route.  The provider arrived on time and was able to complete analysis before I even arrived.  To my relief the water was entering from exterior and required only minor low skill repairs to mitigate.  New Seasons recommended other professionals as it did not merit their level of skill/cost.  I was so impressed with the integrity and professionalism.  He took the time to explain how and where damage was occurring and proper repair even though it was not going to generate work for them.  They also provided a letter explaining their findings to aid in the sale process in disclosures.  SOOO Grateful to find a provider who was truly looking out for my best interest even when it did not benefit them.  Thank you so much!

My ex-husband turned on the sprinkler system but failed to check to see if I had a broken pipe.  I had a broken pipe.  My son came downstairs to his room and walked on a very wet carpet.  The water from the broken pipe seeped into the foundation and continued for hours.  I called New Season right away and Russ (the owner) had someout out in a matter of hours. 
New Season sucked up all the water, neatly pulled the base boards.  They used their high tech instruments to get me dried out and saved me from having to replace the dry wall, the padding or the carpet.  The staff came out every couple days to check the moisture in the walls and floor and didnt remove the equiptment until I was all dry.
Thanks to New Season I was saved.

It's not overstating to say that Scott and New Season Restoration were a godsend. They were recommended by my agent at Farmers. Not only have they been totally reliable and professional, they helped me talk with insurance adjustor, they are great communicators, fair, honest & smart. They really know their business and have incredible customer service. If you're reading this review don't hesitate, call this company. I couldn't be more impressed.

They were absolutely incredible, just incredible.  They were very reasonable on pricing, professional, and easy to work with.  I would give them an A ++++ if I could.

We went with NewSeason Restoration because of Mark Cohn.  He was on time for our appointment, he was friendly and professional. He explained in detail everything they would do and why, and answered all my questions.  He told me he would have an estimate the next day and that he would bring it by my office which he did.  The estimate was reasonable and more thorough than the others.  The work was done in one day and the crew was professonal and respectful.  I will definately recommend Mark and NewSeason Restoration.
