Great company

I needed four relatively small projects done--some caulking, cleaning out the washing machine drain, fixing a leaky faucet in the bathroom, and securing a loose shower drain cover. I was told that High Five does not do caulking so they could not do that work. For the shower drain cover, the plumber said he could not secure the existing cover, which he described as a cheap work-around, and he could not find a good replacement anywhere online, so he proposed a $2200 project to dig out the shower floor, put in some kind of fancier drain, and then we would have to call in a tile company to rebuild the floor at some unknown cost. I turned that down and found a drain cover on my own for $25.00. For the dripping faucet, he said that the parts were corroded and wanted to replace the entire faucet assembly, for $1100 (as the bathroom has two sinks and I would need to get two new assemblies). I ended up just getting the washing machine drain fixed, which ended up costing $800. I had hoped to get all of these projects done for less than $1,000, but certainly not what was being pushed at me.

They were fast, easy, well priced, and got the problem fixed the next day (which is what I wanted).

High 5 was great and fast! We needed to replace the front hose faucet and the did a phenomenal job!

Morgan was great and took care of our problem quickly. We had a leaking pipe above our shower and he found it and also let us know about future work we need done (we decided to wait for now). He cleaned up almost everything afterward and was super nice and friendly the whole time. Our immediate problem is fixed!

This company is a rip off!!! I called for a friend's toilet that would not fill. They quoted him an astronomical in rice. Took 3 1/2 hrs to "fix the problem" and after he paid using his credit card the toilet STILL DOES NOT WORK!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE RIP OFFS!!!

Very quick response and availability of actually being able to come same day, very reasonable schedule for a morning availability and very capable person sent, explaining everything very clearing and also did teaching about the issue without not making me feel like I couldn't understand. Really appreciated the positive attitude and smile, enthusiastic about working.

Great service overall. The plumber was cordial, professional, and a still acted like a real person. I do believe the price was pretty high for what was completed. However, I appreciated the quality of work. So, expect to pay a bit more than is necessary for the work itself. However, the experience should be positive overall and the service sound.

The people were friendly & knew what they were doing. I would hire them again.

They provided an honest assessment and updates throughout the repair. They worked hard and accomplished the job. Morgan, the Team lead, was there for the entire process and he gave me frequent updates. I recommend High 5 and will call on them again when necessary

Natalie super great person, to just chat. Also, she's a pro. There was as hard-to-find clog in the drain and she found it plus made sure all the rest of the pipes (sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal) were not clogged. Exudes trustworthiness. Will not hesitate in future. Only High 5.
