Great. Very satisfied.

Unethical. THEY FLAT OUT LIED. Furnace problems are pretty urgent in the Winter. made a 1 - 3pm Friday appointment. Technician finally showed at 5:45pm -- and this is a house I'm moving into that takes 40 minutes to get to. After 10 minutes he told me he couldn't repair it; the part is unavailable. I called their office on Saturday to discuss the poor response and was told repeatedly that they COULD get the part from a warehouse and install Monday 8:30am. I began checking on the status at 8am Monday. Technician called back at 8:45 to reiterate the part is unavailable, but HE'D BE HAPPY TO COME ESTIMATE A NEW FURNACE. ***?! I asked several times on Saturday for reassurance that the part would definitely be available. In the meantime I had ordered the replacement part from Amazon -- so it is available somewhere -- but I cancelled that order when they SWORE/PROMISED the repair could be made on Monday. They unequivocally lied to me. This isn't a small issue for me. I have had to push out my move date twice now, my mail is already forwarded to a house I can't live in because the furnace is out. They are dirty, sleazy and unethical liars.

Great. They got me in quickly, and the technician was on time and worked out ways to make the cost to me as affordable as possible.

We called and asked for service at 10:20 a.m. and were told that someone would call us back. We called again at noon and were told the same thing. We gave up after another hour passed and called a different company who came out immediately. It is now 4:30 p.m and still no return call. Awful service - don't bother!

He was here for 7 hours. I think they took advantage of a single, older lady.

I was remodeling my kitchen, and although I decided to do some of the work myself, the elctrical work was over my head. I had an estimate from a general contractor that seemd both high in price, and inaccurate regarding what I wanted done. I have a go-to electrician who has fixed many of my mistakes over the years, however his estimate was even higher than the GC. then my neighbor sent oer a freind who is an electrician who would do the job on the side, but his estimate wasn't much less. I called D. Fix-it and had a great discussion of what I wanted withthe estimator. the price was on the low end of the range I had gotten, but I had the best feel from these guys that they knew what i needed and could get it done. During the project we had to make a few changes, but they really worked with me well to offset my additions with other things we oulsd subtract so that the total cost did not change much. I want to give a big shout out to Thomas, who spent a lot of time in my attic rerouting wires so that I could install a skylight (one of the changes). He has asthma, and was breathing insulation dust for two days without complaining. I really felt like I got good work at a reasonable price, and would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

He was able to fix that and hookup it up the way it was supposed to be. We were also having trouble with one of our toilets. He was able to fix that too. He did an excellent job and the price was extremely reasonable. I was very pleased with the gentleman that came and he was very professional. He didn’t try to charge us for things we didn’t need.
