They made an appointment time and kept it. Did the work on the gutter replacement and down spouts. Cleaned up when they were finished. Would use them again.

Cenco Roofing did an amazing job. We had a repair on our roof that needed to be fixed before we could sell our home. The install professional we worked with Taylor Kent, was courteous professional and reliable. He was able to repair our roof efficiently and was very affordable. The service was very genuine. I did not feel like I was being up-sold and would definitely use again for project in the future.

We called Cenco when we didn't know who else could give us honest feedback. We were stuck between our insurance company and FEMA when our house got destroyed from flooding. Matt came out, did a full inspection with support videos and photos and helped us to better understand the steps and pitfalls of the claims and reconstruction process. We ended up having to tear down the entire house and rebuild it! Cenco's solid recommendations gave us a road map when we did hire a general contractor to complete the work. I sure hope we never have to go through that again, but if we do, I will surely reach out to the pros at Cenco for guidance!

I recently purchased a home at the end of 2019. I called Cenco when we were concerned about hail damage on our new home since it was built in the 1950s. Cenco came out, did a full inspection with videos they showed us and were honest with the roofâ s condition. Although the roof is not new, nothing needed to be done at the time. No charge for the inspection, and it gave me peace of mind that our new home was still in good condition. I appreciated the honest and transparent feedback; and will definitely call Cenco if we have any roof issued in the future!

Very professional and communicative. We had a few weather delays and were promptly called and notified they would need to delay and called again to reschedule within a day of the snow clearing. All their ducks seem to be in a row. A very easy process!
