Earl and his crew built my detached garage and a roof over my porch about 4 years ago. After the work was finished, I had Earl come out and fix the latch on my gate, because I thought that his crew had put it on backwards. It turns out, it had been put on the right way the first time... so he came out and fixed it again. Fast forward 4 years: I am going to be selling my house this summer and my real estate agent told me that the roof over my porch was deteriorating. I called and talked to Ken, and he sent someone over to check it out. Long story short, they fixed the roof for free. This company has been nothing but patient and kind to me. I would recommend them 100%!

Don't hire this company!! A six week project took 8.5 months and an extra $2900 in the end. Earl was supposed to be the Forman but when I called him he didn't even know the job had been started. They left a huge mess of my yard and quoted the contract that they are not responsible for landscaping. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Ken and Earl were good at getting the job done in beginning and now the job is slowing down. My over all experience has been good but now it has been a full week and no work has been done. I truly believe my garage will get done and I am hoping it is just weather issues. I would highly recommend this company price was right and my garage looks fabulous, cannot wait to use it!!!!!

I used AG as a general contractor for a complete backyard overhaul. This started with clean up: remove trees, remove old hot tub, remove old brick patio, remove old fence, and regrade the lot. The rebuild included: build garage, pour new patio, pour sidewalks around garage, build new wood fence. I could have bid out each as separate projects, but very happy I let Earl and Ken do it all for me. They hired good subs and coordinated everything for a fair price. The garage itself met every expectation. Everything is square, the paint job great, doors all fit perfectly. I didn't have to nag AG on any detail, it was all done right the first time.

courteous - great communication - always there when they say, or advance notice if they will not be - work done quickly and appears to be done well! absolutely met my expectations and then some! My initial estimate is what I paid. Estimate was less than other estimates...even less than half of one estimate I received. They didn't try to add in things I didn't want or need at the time, i.e. new garage door opener / remotes, additional concrete for driveway...I got exactly what I wanted. I verified licenses, Better Business Bureau ratings and called their references, all were good! I would definitely recommend Affordable Garages!
