Needed multiple repairs after removing a solar syste. I thought my job might be too small, but John and his crew took it on and did a very good job. His roofer, Omar, was very thorough at explaining things and a pleasure to work with.

On the agreed upon date and time to do the actual repairs it was done exactly as promised. Just in time as the next round of rain came in the following day.

He asked me about hail damage that he observed and suggested that I contact my insurance company to have them look at it. It seems to me that they did a good repair, though I haven't fully examined it. I also would have liked a little more of an up-front explanation of exactly how they would do the patch. But they explained upon my asking. I would certainly hire them again.

Don contacted me and came to give me an estimate. I showed him our problem and he checked it out. He found several issues and showed me pictures of the problem. He advised me about how much it would cost to fix the problem. I went ahead and hired him to do the work and let him know I needed it completed by a specific date. He scheduled with me and completed the work before my deadline. Don and his co-worker Jamal were very professional and completed the work to my satisfaction. He said to call him if I had any issues. It hasn’t really rained since the job was completed but with the amount of area they fixed I don’t anticipate any more problems. If my roof still leaks I’ll contact Don again and feel he’ll take care of the issue.
