i had several projects Chris and the folks at 730 South Exteriors did for my house, including new roof, new gutter, external construction projects, yard cleanup, and attic issues. These guys are the best! I have a chronic autoimmune thyroid illness i mentioned to Chris and he immediately and with authentic compassion starting working with me to get me the best possible price knowing my situation. the price was more than fair based on my research. Chris's communication was open and direct, patient and considerate. The quality of the work was first-rate and with no delays. they did the work in less than 3 days. For customer service and a wonderful job, you can't do better than these guys. I have multiple areas inside my home that has bubbling in the paint because water had been leaking from the roof. In the garage, water would actually be dripping onto the floor when it rained. I have concrete tiles on my roof and not all roofers are that experienced with that type of tile. John Hackbarth came out the day after I requested a quote and he ended up quoting a fair and reasonable price. I felt confident that he and his crew would be able to do a great job. John took before and after photos so I could see all the work that had been done. They completed the job in one day and I'm happy that I chose 730 South Exteriors for the job.

I have a large porch off the back of the house. The shingles and the gutter system were damaged by hail and wind and the porch itself was leaking like crazy. 730 South more than met my expectations. Chris was prompt in coming to my house to inspect the roof and assess replacing shingles in a valley. Because of Chris' professional experience and knowledge (and fair price), and after comparing two other roofers ,I decided to go with 730 South Exteriors for the work. Omar came to the house and performed the work. He was courteous and respectful of the property, conducted a hose flush to check for leaks, and replaced shingles as needed. He obviously knew what he was doing, cleaned up exceptionally well, and performed what appeared to be excellent work, I received a five year roof certification, a warranty for the work, and assurance from Chris that if there were any problems, they would resolve quickly. Needed a quick inspection of my roof after a really heavy rainfall. Chris was wonderful -- responded the same day, came out and checked out the roof! Told me there was no damage, which makes every homeowner happy. Definitely will go back to them if I ever have a problem again!

Enjoyed meeting and chatting with John who came to see what was needed. Don't know enough about roof repairs to rate the money value. Timing was mixed up from original scheduled time to the next day coming earlier than was told and expected. Surprisingly, repair was finished before I thought it would be.
