I am very happy Home Advisors found 730 South Exteriors for me. The roofers arrived at 9:00 AM and the work was completed by 1:30 PM, same day. They were fast and efficient. I really appreciated their cleaning up both the yard and the alley before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

They did a great job! They came out on a Saturday to replace my damaged Spanish tiles. They did all the work while I was out enjoying the day with my family.

Work performed correctly over a two day period. They diagnosed some animal damage to my shake shingle roof and are coming back tomorrow to repair it. I would hire again for this type of work.

Good quality, but bad estimating and does not follow the contract. I was charged an extra $1,000 for fascia replacement even though my contract said "new fascia where needed" was included. My fascia was in bad shape but since the estimator saw the whole house and wrote into the contract that any necessary replacement was included, they should not have charged the extra $1000 for exactly what was included.

Showed up promptly and was very friendly. Gave us an honest opinion and made us feel comfortable with what the issue was. Was the only Pro to show up from HomeAdvisor in the past 3 days after promising to show up. Highly recommend them.

Louis and his crew did an excellent job replacing the flasking around my chimney. Work was done in a quick and timely manner, Very professional and his workers did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would use this company again. Highly recommend.

had several roof repair co's come out for est. / one(1) left w/o even speaking, 2nd company didn't appear to want to invest time in repair. Chris @ 730 S. Exteriors spent time and supplied valuable info about 3 skylight problems and Robb (repair supervisior) went above and beyond insuring best possible materials and process was done to permanently fix job, was so impressed also had Chris fix sons roof and would 100% call them when roof needs replacing.
