Original request was for resealing a TEMO flat aluminum panel sunroom roof. Kevin and Rob suggested a different (and much better) solution. The end result is a roof that is better insulated, quieter, matches the existing roof and will not leak. Excellent work, timely, great value. Chris was great at initial contact and all follow up. The company is very professional all around.

I contacted a representative from 730 South Exteriors to come out and take a look at the hail damage the roof on my home sustained, from late last summer. He came out and assessed the damage and informed me as to what the cost would be for the materials and repairs needed. I called my insurance company and they took it from there. Apparently my Insurance company has used them in the past. Well I have to let you know that 730 South Exteriors as an excellent. They were very professional and polite the whole time the roof was being replaced. I am additionally impressed with the timely manner in which they finished the work. The came in the morning, and finished that evening on the same day, cleaned up all the debris from the roof, and left everything around my home as it had been before they arrived. I give an overall thumbs up to this company & the people in which they employ.

They did everything right and was very honest and spoke the truth about everything, didn't hide any information and always informed me on the process and steps taken. Treated me like family.
