It was a terrible experience from beginning to end... and no response to my concerns. They took their commission and ran with it. I have filed a complaint with the Colorado Realtor Association. I should have realized that I made a huge mistake when every other house listed in my neighborhood sold quickly while mine didn't. When I finally threatened to terminate my contract and engage a different agent & company "suddenly" I had offers. Overall, my house was on the market for a full year. I really think any other realtor would have done a far superior job!

I don't have enough kind words to say about Ray Brown. He helped me with a very difficult real estate matter the foreclosure of my home. He worked tirelessly to help me out. Even soliciting another realtor to assist me in a home search outside of his area. In the end it all turned out right and I was able to stay in my home. Ray is honest and always responds in a timely manner. He was invaluable to me during my huge home crisis.

It's very good. What stood out to me was his professionalism.

It was good. We worked together. They have integrity. They're honest and trustworthy. I would use them again in the future.

Ray Brown is extremely knowledgeable about the Colorado Springs metropolitan area. He does his homework to let you now about the homes you are interested in viewing, and let's you know if it backs to a busy street, or if the "Open space" nearby is actually undeveloped commercial property. He points out benefits and flaws of each home, and market value. Importantly, he worked with us to negotiate the right contract and action items for the Seller, so that we could move in right away. We work work with Ray again, and receommend him with our highest praise.

Kevin is the son of Bruce Betts, who owns the REMAX office. Kevin started doing the financial side of the business, but started doing the agent side a few years ago. Kevin was referred to me by a friend of a friend, and I am very happy with his services. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing, informative, patient, and open minded. He was a few minutes late a few times to showings, but he always had good information about the property, suggestions, and contacts for inspection and repairs. He learned very quickly what my wife and I were after, and was able to help steer us in the right direction for listings and neighborhoods. He was always very patient and energetic, even after the search stretched into over 3 months. I would strongly reccomend Kevin to anyone who wants a professional and knowledgeable agent for the Colorado Springs area.

He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took a video so that my husband , who was in Afghanistan, could be part of the process. He was amazing to work with and answered whatever questions we had. Would totally recommend him.

Ray is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. He worked with me to find housing within my price range. He made sure all my wants and needs were met with the homes he showed me. But I think the most impressive thing Ray has done is kept in touch all these years. Ray enjoys being a realtor and working with people to find their perfect dream home.

We didn't have wonderful luck with him. We had to give a 2000-dollar earnest money to the RE/MAX agency and what happened was we ended up not buying that house because we didn't like what we see so we wanted to get our earnest money back and call off the deal. However, they sent a check for about a week and a half. In fact, we just got our 2000 dollars back today and we paid him on the 9th. They were very slow in giving your refund back. We weren't really happy with that. I would never use RE/MAX again. That was a bad experience.

We tried to schedule a home showing several days ago. He does not return email/phone calls in a timely manner. He had been asked repeatedly to update our search criteria, still waiting for that. Took 2 days waiting for his schedule to clear up before he could show us a property. Finally he said he would schedule the showings at 6:00 pm 3 days later and he would let us know which property to meet at first. 5 hours before the showing he still hasn't let us know where to meet so we call him. We ask if the showings have been scheduled yet and he got p***** at my wife for following up to make sure the showings were scheduled. He was defensive and avoided the question saying he knows what he is doing. Then states he doesn't want to work with us. This guy cost us 3 days of our time to wait on him, then cancels just a few hours before the showings tying up our house search for 3 more days. Now the property could very well be gone before we are able to re-schedule with another Realtor. He clearly overreacted, could have simply calmed our concerns and just told us whether or not he had scheduled them or not.He was unprofessional, rude and cost us 3 days of valuable time in our home search. Don't use this Realtor!!! He is far too busy and doesn't need anyone else's business.
