I love Premier Real Estate Group. We moved into one of their properties March of 2013 and have been happy ever since. They are prompt and courteous. Every time that we have something we need, such as the washer stopped working or we lost hot water, someone was calling later in the day to schedule and appointment. The place was clean and beautifully maintained. They are extremely reasonable price wise, for example we have a 3 bedroom, 2.75 bath 1500 sq/ft near fort carson/Colorado springs for 945/mo. It is great. I would definitely recommend them and if you are looking for a rental then be sure to check them out.
Description of Work: Called to say hot water was not working and we had someone out the next day.

This was a HORRIBLE experience! We knew that when we rented our home there would be damage. We never expected to come back to a home we no longer wanted to live in. When we returned, the house was filthy and there was unacceptable damage!! In the master bath shower, there was mold along the wall and, the bottom where you would stand was a dark gray, scary color, the carpet had not been cleaned, and was covered with dust, and toys etc. Weeds covered the front and back yards, and the yard was brown and dry. The door to the garage had scratch marks by a large dog that had removed paint, and pieces of the door, upstairs one of our doors had a huge dent, where it appears someone was angry and punched it, there were shoe heel marks on the front door. We cannot even use the shower in the guest bathroom, because the floor next to the bathtub has pulled up, the flooring will have to be replaced. Also our air conditioner/furnace were not working! We brought a technician over, the cost of repairs was $550. Our property manager had told us that there would be maintenance on our system every fall. We were just astonished that this was the condition of our home! We went to speak with the owner of Premier (our property management company) the next morning. We informed him we were not pleased and refused to stay at the house until the carpets, and bathrooms were cleaned. The owner did agree to pay for 3 nights in a hotel. The carpets were cleaned the next day, but the cleaning of the bathrooms was worthless. I came back, and saw urine along the bottom of the toilet. I ended up spending the time cleaning all of the bathrooms myself. It took another week and many phone calls before Lance, our contact, called us back. He spoke with my husband, who explained again how upset we were with the condition of our home. Lance told us that he thought he had managed our property well. A work order was put in, and most of the damages have been repaired at this time. My husband and I still feel that the garage door which was severely damaged by the last tenant's dog needs to be repaired at the tenant's expense, and at least 50% of the air conditioner/furnace repair bill should be compensated to us also, as this was not due to age or fair wear and tear. There was obvious neglect and damage to our home that breaches the lease signed, and should have resulted in eviction. Therefore either Premier did not monitor our home, or they knew that this was happening and did nothing. We recommend that you DO NOT let this Property management Agency anywhere near your home!!!
