Patrick Shockney is a sole proprietor plumber that I have used before, and he showed up promptly on Thursday AM for the 2 day job to completely replumb my house.  He had already provided me an estimate for the repair, and I had gotten 2 other estimates and he was the lowest.  He explained the entire job to me, along with where he would have to cut into my existing drywall to complete the job.  I completely trust this guy, as he worked while my wife and I were at work.  He also made sure the cat was kept where he couldn't get into trouble, and my wife really appreciated that.  Job was done on time, and building inspector signed off the permit.  Great experience with an outstanding plumber - and the best price to boot!

Patrick did a great job with this. The dishwasher drain was out of code, and Patrick knew what to do to bring it back into code. His work looks very good, tidy, and professional. Price was very reasonable with a just a small $25 travel fee.

Our sprinkler system would no longer work due to a cracked backflow preventer. The copper coupling also had to be replaced because he had to cut it to remove the broken backflow preventer. With warmer weather approaching, we knew this had to be fixed in order to run our sprinklers. We looked at Angie's List to find a reliable plumber. We contacted him but he was too busy due to the great responses on Angie's List!! (that's a good thing!!) He recommended Patrick to us because they'd gone to school together and he knew Patrick was good at his job. He was right! We called Patrick and scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. We didn't ask for an estimate and none was given. Unfortunately, there were some emergencies but Patrick called us and apologetically asked to reschedule for the next morning. That was fine by us. He arrived right on time, again apologizing for having to reschedule, and said it would take about one hour to complete the job. He went right to work, had all the necessary matierals for repair or replacement with him, and actually was done in less than one hour. He explained the bill and was very courteous. We told him if we needed any more plumbing work in the future, we would not hesitate to call him!!
