The installation went very well. Everything that I expected to be done was completed. The installers were very
helpful and went over the care and use of the new doors. The patio doors work well and look great.
I am very pleased with the work. This is the third job I have Lowes do over the last three years and have
been happy with the people in the store as well as the installation crews. Thanks.

It's really hard to get service for that but Lowe's was really good. The work was really nice. They were very professional and very clean. Everything has been perfect and right. They have customized machine for cutting all the pieces. It's having the same price when you buy it rather than having them come to do it. It's just worth it. I was happy with their service. Everything was good and on its mark.

There was only one problem because of miss communication. The carpet was in stock and they did not know it. It pushed our service date back. However, the service was fine. It was two guys and they did a pretty good job. They were fast and we really got a good deal on everything. They were late to the appointment but they called to let us know.

Found everything we needed.

Spent $7500 for full roofing replacement. Lowes provided the best products (roofing materials and shingles) for the price after negotiation. Installation process was expedition, however the installers need to return to caulk the exposed nail heads after code inspection. After several months the caulking remains.
Spent $10K for 17 windows and installation. Windows were the best price, (for the quality) however was disappointed in the installation process. The installer's window installation process was not the recommended manufacturer/industrial instruction process. I asked for the process to be the manufacturers even though he believed his process was appropriate. It was corrected for the remaining windows on the second day. I didn't demand the previous windows install be corrected resulting in more work/expense for the following stucco team.
The installer and crews were courteous and considerate throughout the installation.

They did a really good job and were helpful. They were professional and punctual. They were very reasonable and I was pleased with them.
