Mr. Lerum is professional and very courteous. He did exactly what he said he would do and kept all timelines as he stated. His price was quoted once and that was the exact price. I have saved his number for future use and will recommend him to all my friends and family.
Description of Work: Erik Lerum installed a new furnace in my house. My old one kept breaking down and parts were getting more and more difficult to attain. He came when he said he would, finished the job in the time he stated, and was extra super friendly and professional.

The price was reasonable. I liked that the owner Erik takes the time to describe the problem in detail. He would show me and talked me through to fix it. He gets the thing fixed.

In one instance, he showed up, quickly confirmed that Furnace needed replacing, as was previously diagnosed by inspector. Had the Furnace replaced for 50% less than the next lowest bid.
Description of Work: Erik Lerum is superb. I have used him multiple times for my own house, and I refer him to all my real estate clients. His prices are very competitive, his attitude is outstanding...great to work with. His get it done attitude is refreshing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
