Gary was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful from submitting the estimate to closing out the project. Just like the rest of the residents in Colorado Springs after the hail storms, we had storm chasers knocking on our door every day, but refused to give written estimates - instead, they just wanted to know the insurance amounts and would do the work for that amount. Gary provided a detailed written estimate that was competitive with two other vendors and secured the job because of his responsiveness to questions and particular attention to detail. I would hire them again 100% of the time.

It was a fantastic experience! I called late in the evening on a week night, and Gary was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. He gave us great advice and an honest opinion! After contacting our insurance company, Gary ordered the materials and had the roof complete within a week - we were in a rush to get the job complete because we were selling our house! The workers were polite and very tidy. They cleaned up our entire property after they were finished. Gary came by and inspected the worked the next business day! He also gave us additional advice on a roof on our new property! He made the whole experience very painless. I would highly recommend Gary and JR Roof Maintenance!

Very good service. Gary came out and did a thorough inspection and gave us several suggestions to improve drainage away from the house. He found a problem with the roof which he returned within a few days to repair.

The work was successfully completed, along with caulking around the roof skylight that solved the leakage problem. The estimator and repair team were polite and professional.

Appointment made and executed quickly. Got information about both roofs and shingles replaced. Due to a recent hail storm, many people wanted the services of this man (telephone calls) and his company. While on my house roof, a neighbor asked him to visually look at hers and he was very accommodating by sharing the same info and pics with her as he did me. He did tell me that I needed a new flat roof on the garage ( I knew), which they do, and that he would come back and measure, maybe over the weekend, then send me an estimate. My neighbor is selling their house and needs a new adjoined roof so I let them know I had a company to give us a bid. I have never heard back. I know new roofs on hail damage is more profitable but I have to take a new contractor at their word and I feel let down. I am not sure if I would hire again or not based on lack of follow through. I had to answer yes or no to get out of this page.

Jeff (I apologize if I got the name wrong) came out at the scheduled day and time. Explained the problem and he went up on the roof over the 3rd garage to inspect the roof. He identified some problems areas with asphalt roof tiles too close to the roof flashing, and debris that could have been contributing to the problem. In addition, he caulked underneath the lowest siding to prevent water from seeping in (put in a couple of nails as well) and inspected the bathroom window to determine if it was a problem area which it was not. In addition, he went around the front bedroom window and caulked any nail heads that were used to hold down that side's flashing. He told me that if that didn't do the trick then give him a call and he'd come out again to look at it. I'm happy to report that after today's south to north driving rain there was no noticeable leak in the garage.

Gary, came by when promised and was very professional. Did a full inspection of the room. Talked to me about the condition of the roof and what he found. He took care of a few lifted tiles and nailed down an area where flashing had lifted. Very knowledgeable. Great service!

Of three bids, JR's was about the same as the other lowest bid but this company was the choice because their rep, Gary Gordon, clearly knows his business, is open, honest, & easy to work with. He understands the customer's perspective and uses it to help, whereas at least one other roofing bidder seemed ready to exploit ignorance and uncertainty.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY CHECKED THE ROOF. THEY REPAIRED THE FLASHING, CHECKED OUT THE GARAGE ROOF AND CLEANED OUT THOSE GUTTERS. THEY TOLD ME BOTH ROOFS ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE OLD. THEY TOLD ME THERE WERE ONLY A COUPLE OF MINOR MARKS FROM HAIL. I WAS VERY HAPPY TO HEAR THAT! I REALLY LIKE THAT THEY DIDN'T TRY TO TALK ME INTO A NEW ROOF OR LOTS OF REPAIRS. THIS WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!

My roof replacement was part of a real estate transaction and his expertise really made it a smooth and stress-free experience, something I was not expecting. I was in the process of selling my home when hail damage was noticed on my roof and from the many roofers I had quote the job he was the one to offer advice on how to handle the situation so all parties would be happy. He had the job completed one week after I signed the bid and the crew was extremely thorough in replacing the roof and even clean-up (I found only one nail around the house!). I was really pleased with ease of scheduling, price and the quality of work performed. Replacing the roof entailed removing three layers of existing asphalt shingles that were not up to code. My sales rep Gary provided me a comprehensive quote for the work and provided excellent communication throughout the job updating me continually of the schedule and work progress. The worksite was kept very clean and the work was done in a very timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the end result. The roof and gutters/downspouts look beautiful.

Gary came out within a day of my call, gave me an estimate that day! Even had roofing samples for me to pick a color from. Work was scheduled a couple of days after the roofing tiles were delivered to my house. (about 2 weeks) They worked hard and completed the work in a very acceptable amount of time. Cleanup was amazing, no nails or shingle pieces to be found!

Needed to replace entire roof, chimney cap, and skylights due to hail damage. Got estimates from five top-rated roofing companies to compare not only prices but what work they would perform and how detailed they were in their proposals. I have an engineering background and am interested in technical details. Most of the proposals were too generic in the details for what work they would perform and materials used ? I wanted specifics so I'd know the quality of the materials such as skylight make and model and which ridge caps would be used. JR Roofing Maintenance provided the most detailed proposal with the materials I wanted; they made great suggestions; and were right about at the same amount the insurance estimate came in at. The work was completed as proposed; the crew seemed very competent and professional. They cleaned up each day and cleaned even more thoroughly the last day. The roof looks great. I highly recommend them.

They returned my call same day. The very next day they were out looking at the roof and gave us list of problems and estimate. Then they did the repairs just 2 days later. They called me when they found an additional problem and got it taken care of same day. Very professional, great price, awesome service!

JR Roof Maintenance repaired several items on our roof. They were amazingly responsive, and indicated that they give preference to Angie's List customers (and we received a 5% Angie's List coupon discount). They were wonderful to work with, very professional, and did an excellent job. Their pricing was exceptional compared to other estimates we received. Jeff & Rick were just great! For once a contractor that did EVERYTHING they said they would WHEN they said they would. We had a couple of delays due to bad weather, but they were great at keeping me informed. They did the job in a day and half and did a really good job cleaning up. I talked to 5 roofers before choosing JR Maintenance. Jeff & RIck gave me sound advice and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and gave me a very competitive price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

We purchased a Big Deal for another service provider and that did not happen because they could not handle our type of roof so we ended up using JR Roofing who was also recommended by Angie’s List when the other folks could not do it or just would not do it actually. They came back to do some other work for us. The Big Deal was refunded and the difference was applied to JR. They came out right away after Angie’s List got involved and referred us to them. They came out like within a week. There were no additional charges to the $99 Big Deal purchase price. I like the individual that came out and he did a good job for us.

I contacted JR Roof Maintenance after being told by a roof inspector that a new roof was necessary. I wanted a second opinion and went with JR Roof Maintenance due to their extremely positive reviews (not a single negative review). I couldn't be more pleased. They came out to my house within 24 hours to do an inspection and provide a free estimate. I was met by Jeff, a superintendent at JR Roof Maintenance. After the inspection, Jeff informed me that the roof did not need replacement and explained why. He showed me all of the spots that needed attention and explained how the other inspector had mistake sun bleaching as wear and tear and showed me how it was not. It was extremely refreshing to get an honest response and honest feedback on what was best for me and not what was best for them and push for a new roof. When we discussed what was needed and what I was looking for, Jeff was able to provide a great price for a multitude of services. They got to my roof as soon as the weather allowed and even certified their work for two years! I will certainly be using JR Roof Maintenance for any roof issues I encounter in the future and recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever.

Gary was quick with the estimate and went over every detail. The work was performed on time and as agreed. The crew used great care and did a very high quality job. This work was performed in 2013 but JR is presently in the middle of replacing a second roof for me on a 5800 sq ft warehouse. The job is about 90% complete at this writing but the workmanship and quality of produce look great. The crew is very kind, hardworking and easy to get along with, I would recommend JR Roofing for any roof repair or replacement.

The roofers showed up on time, bright and early, worked efficiently, allowed for my husband, a construction guy, to inspect and assist with the replacement of some of the garage roofing underlayment which was water damaged. They were courteous and respectful to my family members as this was done on a Saturday, and it took us several hours to get out of the house, and out of their way! As to the Saturday job, they worked really hard to schedule the job around my husband's strenuous work schedule. They did a fabulous job cleaning up, too, which is so important what with the nails and the mess of removing a roof, and we have a small granddaughter, so I really appreciated that. Pre- and Post- job, we were serviced by Gary Gorden, who worked around our weird schedule, and was always available for questions and concerns. He did a great job helping us select roofing material type and color, and explaining the technicalities of dealing wih the insurance company. I hope that I do not need a new roof anytime very soon, but this is Colorado! We will use JR Roofing again, and would not hesitate to refer our acquaintances to them as well.
