The scheduling is very good- you just call them and they will tell you when they will have it done, usually the next day. It is literally a moment top operation-It is very local, very good and pleasant. Jake and Jeremy are just good people. It is a very small place but a number of people in town use them for auto repair. They are reliable and if it doesn't work, they stand behind their work.

It was a lot cheaper than it would have been at a dealer. I took the car in for one thing and they discovered it and they were able to get it fixed the next day. Everything is done in a timely manner. They fix it, and they fix it professionally and guarantee their work. and stand behind it- that is what stands out.

They have very fare price. They are very professional, it is independently owned by a gentleman and his wife, they have a couple of mechanics and some people that he takes care of. the work was very well done.

He was professional and provided a written estimate of the repairs. The estimate was reasonable but I decided to use another mechanic. He didn't do any repairs.

They did a good job finding out what the problem was and got it fixed in a timely manner. Jacob was great and took good care of us.

As usual Jacob and his team did a great job and only did the work the vehicle needed vs. "finding" other things to "fix". I've been taking cars to them for 20 years and never been dissapointed. Does excellent work, knows his business, does it right the first time and has a great infectious laugh to boot! :D

I am very particular with my car since it has all original parts and low mileage. They are awesome. I am really happy with them. They also have another 65 that they are working on. They are very communicative with what is happening. They tell you how long it's going to be and it never takes longer than they say. My car had little labor done and they mostly charge me for the parts. I don't have to take my car back for any rework at all.

He was certainly very thorough. He did not quite get it right the first time and I had to take it back but that was because he wanted to make sure that he got it exactly right. Over all I was happy with it. It is a classic little van shop and has a couple of boys working for him and pretty much runs it all by himself. He is a very friendly guy and seems to be very concerned about getting it right for me. I think the price was excellent.

Total repair took less than an hour.

I've been going to JM Auto for many years. His prices are in line with most everyone else but where he has saved me money is with his honesty about what is needed. I've had him tell me that I really didn't need to have something done yet that others have told me I needed. He'll advise me on things to watch for or inform me about how long I can go before a particular part might need replacing.

He guarantees his service and goes over and beyond to make sure your car is running. He doesn't add on additional services to make money.
