This company is very unprofessional and have very low standards of the properties they are willing to rent. We rented a home from them and after arriving from an 1800 mile drive with all of our belongings, the house was filthy and still had a leak in the basement we were told was fixed. The second we opened the front door the stench of sweaty feet and mold hit us in our faces. The carpet was greasy and stank horribly! And, I got a deadly gut bacteria from that home that put me in the hospital. They gave us the runaround for days on the very obvious issues, I am sick from both ends and my husband and son are completely beside themselves with what we were going to do since we were new in town. The day I was released out of the hospital still very sick and weak, we were given a three day notice to vacate due to the condition of the house which was their fault, not ours. It was the worst experience I have ever experienced with a rental company ever. They don't care, they just want a body and monthly check in the houses they manage. The condition of that house was inexcusable for anyone to put out there as available to rent. The foundation of the house was cracked, the deck was wobbly and disconnecting from the house, and absolutely filthy! I could go on and on. Beware, you are not dealing with honest people.

Nathan Smith is a true professional that is willing to dedicate his time and effort to my properties as if I am his only customer. During our current split pcs move, Nathan expedited funding from my properties directly into my bank account. As many service members understand, PCS moves can place a strain on finances. Due to owning two properties (both are managed by Nathan and his staff) and having to rent two properties at separate duty stations, finances can be strained due to down payments for leases and higher costs of living. Nathan understood our situation without judgement...no questions asked. This allowed us to use money earned instead of digging into savings accounts and accruing credit card debt. I would recommend using this business to anyone.

Nathan, was enthusiastic about finding me a good tenant for my rental property. I was not interested in management services just placement. He and his assistant quickly discerned a good applicant and took care of the credit screening and lease signing for a reasonable fee. He was very flexible with me and easy to work with.

Excellent work. Once I contacted Hope Realty Elite they completed a market analysis of my property to know exactly what to start the rental rate at, advertised my property on several websites, and had it rented within no more of a 2 week window. They do a complete and thourough check on all prospective tenants, prepared all paperwork for myself and tenants, made sure everything was completed and ready for move in at the property, collected the rents in the time expected and payment was made directly to my bank account without having to wait for a paper check to arrive in the mail. The property managment software they have allows myself as an owner to login and view monthly statements, work orders, rent payments, paid invoices, etc. The tenants have access to login and pay rent online, submit work orders, and print copies of their lease that has been uploaded to the system. I would highly recommend contacting Hope Realty Elite if you are interested in renting out your home.

Excellent. They have done everything from advertising our property, finding tenants and screening them, all of the lease paperwork, managing repairs if needed, they even deposit the collected rent directly into my account! Their monthly prices are extremely fair for me not having to do deal with renting out our property on my own. They found someone to rent our place within two weeks. I would recommend anybody looking for a property manager in Colorado Springs to give them a call.
