They were very punctual, had excellent communication, worked with our home warranty company, arrived very quickly, completed great work, and cleaned up.

He knew exactly what was wrong, and recommended I call Advantage, as it was likely still under warranty. It was, and Advantage came back out to fix it. Tony was great, and he gave me excellent advice. He was prompt, polite, and professional. I did have to pay for a service charge, which didn't make me very happy, but I was very much satisfied with the end result.

The entire experience was above expectations. This was the 4th plumber who had come out to repair/replace these faucets. Needless to say, I was weary of having the job done right. The plumber was prompt and professional. The first thing that he did was inspect the faucet kits that I had provided. Once everything checked out . . . he got right to work. The work was done efficiently and professionally. He cleaned up after himself; the room almost looked better than when he arrived. The faucets worked perfectly. My family loves them. After hearing my horror stories about the last couple of plumbers who had come out to do this job, he gave me a discount and apologized for my bad experience. I thought that this was above and beyond my expectations!

Cornerstone came out to troubleshoot a complicated plumbing issue. The first visit the team came out but could not resolve the issue and had to research the problem. Two days later Dave came out and finished the job. Great service. Highly Recommended

I had old porcelain over metal sinks that were rusting and needed to be replaced. I called Cornerstone Plumbing for advice on replacement sinks because Cornerstone had previously performed plumbing repair in my home. David Doren the owner provided advice on the best selection and got back to me with costs of replacements and labor. I ended up buying the kitchen sink from Cornerstone but was able to find the bathroom sinks and faucets from another vendor. Making my appointment was easy and the times were convenient. Tony the plumber who replaced the sinks was professional, polite and on time. The new sinks and faucets were installed, everything was cleaned and the old material was hauled away. I couldn't be happier with the result!

I smelled gas one morning and called Colorado Springs Utilities. They advised me to have furnace serviced because there was a small gas leak, and they turned off the gas to the furnace. Scheduled service appointment with Cornerstone; arrived exactly at scheduled time. Took him about 2 minutes to find and fix the problem; didn't try to add additional repairs or tell me things needed to be fixed. Was very professional and I don't know anything about gas lines or leaks, so appreciated his integrity and honesty in fixing only what needed to be fixed. Would definitely recommend and will call again for any future repairs I need.

When we've used Cornerstone we've been real pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. We had an outside spigot burst during the late freeze in May. My fault for leaving the hose attached. Jimmy presented my choices of going through the fireplace brick from the inside or through the stucco from the outside. I cut the hole in the stucco and Jimmie made the repairs in less than ten minutes. Jimmy made recommendations about creating an access panel rather than having the hole completely re-stucco'd which would have been much more expensive but also impractical if I ever needed access again. They are great to work with an very personable. Would definitely recommend to others.

I am covered under a home warranty and Cornerstone Plumbing is one of the companies servicing my contract. I was cautiously optimistic when they were assigned my job but very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the work and professionalism. I am planning on replacing my kitchen sink and Cornerstone is the company I chose to do that based on this excellent experience!

The stove once installed, worked brilliantly. These guys are very good at what they do, make no mistake.

I cannot even come close to describing how amazing these guys are!!! We have had service done by them over the past four years, and they have NEVER ceased to blow me away by how they do business! We had our pipes freeze last night, & when I called them today, they prioritized us & were here within a matter of a few hours! Plus, we had running water and no leaks with a half an hour! In this day & age, with the economy how it's been, it's SO comforting to know that I can 1000% trust them to do honest quality work without "overselling" or taking advantage of the seasonal situations. I was referred to Cornerstone Plumbing by Blue Ribbon Home Warranty. I received a call to schedule. We set up a good day and everything went well. There was something stuck in the garbage disposal causing the noise. This is the second time I have used Cornerstone Plumbing through Blue Ribbon home warranty and it has gone great both times.

Tthey did an excellent job diagnosing the problem. They were polite and did well. I had excellent service from them.

I could not have asked for a better experience for such an inconvenient situation. My hot water heater died and flooded my basement. I had a plumber come out and look at it. He found that it needed to be replaced and that the cost for all of the service was $1500. As a courtesy to my landlord, who would be paying and lives very far away, I called around to see if I could find a cheaper estimate. I reached David from Cornerstone. He walked me through each part of my current water heater and was able to give me an estimate over the phone. He explained all of the pricing to my landlord over the phone and handled all payment through him. My installer was Tony. He came right on time during the two-hour repair window and was out in just over an hour. Cornerstone was able to do the job for $300 less and made the whole process completely painless. I highly recommend!!!
