Work done well and representative was courteous and professional.

They were great. I give them an A+ for professionalism. They were able to come the same day I called. The tech explained everything, and showed me the melted wire which was causing the problem. I put a "B" for cost, but I have no idea what this would have cost elsewhere. It seemed like a reasonable price for the repair.

We were very satisfied with they have done. Basically there is one aspect that we can tell you about; it has been a week and half since he was here that we need to call them because the equipment is making a sound and it seems it is not his high priority. But after he came back the broiler has been done excellently. The crew presented themselves nicely and very well. I think they were very attentive to what they needed to do. There were questions I would ask them about and like about the equipment they installed and how to use it and they answered it. I had to push them a little bit to get them back.

It was fine. They were prompt and efficient.

As far I know it was fine. I have used them before and they are consistent. We will be calling them back again to work on our heating. I had no issues so I give them good grades, remarks and recommendations. They have always been pleasant and very professional. They have always been very responsive to our calls and they have always been professional. They do good job of keeping it clean and quick and very respectful. We have used them in the past.

They did a good job. They were prompt, reliable, courteous and did the job.

The technician was pleasant and prompt but kept talking about how his heart was no longer really in the work and he was only doing HVAC work for sustenance. We ended up having this whole service plus the addition of a whole home humidifier done for about $8,240.00 by another provider.

We've used them at least three different times, and we've always had good experiences. We use them over the competition because they're so prompt and responsive every time we've had an emergency. Brandon is top notch! I don't have a good sense of how competitive their pricing is because we typically don't have the luxury of getting multiple estimates when we have an emergency.

It was okay. They were good but they didn't close up some of the holes they made in the vents. We didn't call them because it was something that we fixed ourselves but they should have done it. The price could have been a little lower. They gave a warranty but it was less than a year. They were definitely professional. I probably wouldn't use them again.

Promptly scheduled. Arrived on time and completed the job in nine hours.

We where delighted with the service we received. A young man came over to install our air conditioning. The poor guy had to put up with my dogs and my horrible housekeeping skills. He was courteous, professional, and personable. I find these attributes are important when I hire someone to do work in my home. It is not only important to be knowledgeable in what you do but to be willing to answer questions when the customer asks them. This young man did all those things and he did them well. He started Monday morning and worked all day putting the air conditioning together and attaching it to our electricity and gas. He called an electrician to check and see if we needed a new fuse box which we did not. I never did talk to the electrician but it was not really necessary because he was doing his work through Black Forest Heating and Cooling. I am sure if I had any questions or concerns the nice young man would have been more than willing to answer my questions. The next day the Air conditioning man came to clean our ducts and finish up any other work that needed to be done on the central unit. I do not think I can remember having such a pleasant experience with a company. This young man was the most pleasant I have ever dealt with. Anyone who would put up with the barking and carrying on of my dogs is tops with me. The air conditioning is working perfectly. I am sure if I had any problems they would be over at my house in a minute. I never had trouble contacting them at any point during the work they did in my house adding an air conditioning. They are one of the most professional, courteous and nicest group of people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and doing work in my house.

Black Forest Heating is a company of high integrity. They have highly knowledgeable and trained technicians. We came home to a failed fan motor and no heat. We called Black Forest on a holiday night to get an appointment. We had a delay in obtaining parts,but it was not the fault of Black Forest Heating, it was a distributor issue. Back Forest Heating kept us up to date on details and worked hard to find interim solutions, like the temporary fan motor, to keep our home heated. They also, loaned us heaters and even brought us fire wood. I feel they did their best to support us and assist us. I felt we were in good hands. I find this company to be a very good company to work with. I highly recomend them to everyone. They genuinely care about their customers. It is a pleasure to work with them.

- Received an appointment for the same week called; blew it (comm mix-up); fortuitously the makeup date was the next day. - The humidifier problem turned out to be trivial, was fixed at no charge. - The heater inspection was thorough despite some old installation problems, but did reveal a small gas leak - Gas leak was quickly resolved at less than the estimate. - The general maintenance was complete and included a combustion tune-up. - The repairman was thorough and patient (I was hovering nearby throughout) answering all my questions clearly. - I was charged for the inspection, gas leak repair, and the general maintenance. - Twas a good experience.

They provided an estimate. Installed the boiler and water heater, tested it and came back right away when we needed service during the first week of use.

We had a new furnance installed at the end of December and when it was inspected by El Paso county a few days later, it didn't pass. We were contacted by BF to schedule an appointment to fix it, but they didn't show. We called and the owner said he was trying to get a letter from the manufacturer stating it was fine they way they installed it. That was seven months ago, and the last we heard from him.

Our furnace began blowing cool air during it's cycle two days before we were leaving on a two week vacation. BFHC has a answering service that called back within an hour. They were at our house before business hours the next AM to help us out. They were polite, prompt and even though we may have more serious issues with our furnace they helped with a temporary fix that is still working so we have time to save for the best furnace we can get. I would highly recommend them.

We used them just this one time. Our interaction with them was fine. They had to come back and do a couple of things, but they took care of everything. They responded quickly. The price was average. They were very punctual and professional, and the quality was definitely good. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

Existing home hot water supply was inadequate for the size of the house. The house was designed with a single furnace that did not provide adequate heating in the basement. Mr. Williams was easy to work with, understood the problem, provided options, provided a free estimate and was knowledgable in code requirements. After going to contract, Black Forest Hearing and Cooling craftsmen did an outstanding job to retrofit the basement utility room with a secon hot water heater and a second furnace. The home owner expressed a concern with the hot water heater installation and the Black Forest Hearing and Cooling craftsmen fixed the issue without any complaints or additional charge. The addition furnace was was installed and met the homeowner expectations. The workmenship of the furnace installation required extensive duct work with minimal loss of room space.

They came and did a good job. They are reasonably price and give accurate estimates. I like that a lot. They are prompt. Those are the things that are most valuable.

Overall, the project went well. Although the sub-contracted excavator did damage a few trees and should have been more careful, considering the thick forest environment, the impact was relatively minor. The actual system installation and removal of the previous boiler system went very well. The BFH techs were very conscientious, careful in our house and attuned to our concerns and desires. The installation in the machine room was very neat, functional and BFH has been very good in responding to the need for minor system adjustments following install completion. Very customer service oriented.

Very poor. There are twenty-two variances from manufactures installation manual. Regional inspector checked for gas leaks, and pipe suspension, only. The install was approved. I believe the most serious problems are: The altitude is 7,500 ft., the manufacture suggests replacing the gas jets. The gas pressure was not checked at he furnace gas valve. The drip leg was not installed on the gas line. I communicated the considerations to the owner. Received a reply to correct the problems. I responded with a letter asking to call to complete the installation. Have not received an answer. Last week called and left message for Mr. Williams to call, no response. Will be following up with additional letter since their reply to my initial letter stated some repairs would be completed. I filed a letter to an credit company for them to withhold $1,000, until there is resolution.
