Don was at our door the day after I called for an estimate and crawled all through the hot attic to assess our needs. After we picked out the shingles we wanted, the work proceeded very quickly. Great professional job!! Joe was terrific with the final details and all the paperwork. Hassle free, perfect results!

I had a roof that had a leak and I also found that I had hail damage. I also learned that I had issues with attic ventilation, leaks from gutters in various locations and trim that had rotted. Heartland was one of the few companies that offered to not only fix the roof but also address all the other issues related to the attic and exterior of the house. They worked with the insurance to have the roof replaced. Not only did they replace the roof, they made sure it was class-4 impact resistant shingles (definitely needed in Boulder/NW Denver) they added ridge vents to address the ventilation issues, they also improved the drainage on the roof. Their crew also coordinated with the insulation people so spray foam insulation could be added to the sections of the roof that are very hard to access addressed. Their team also replaced the rotten trim as well as address gaps and holes in the siding. Overall, I was able to fix almost all the issues I had with the exterior. I've been in the attic since the work has been completed and very happy to report no leaks. And due to their help with the attic insulation, now during the hottest summer days, the whole house is noticeably cooler than it used to be so we use a lot less air-conditioning. Given the challenges of the winter weather, COVID-19 and coordination with the different companies to fix all the roof and exterior problems, Joe & Shannon and their crew did a great job!

Insurance company took a little bit longer to respond but Heartland took care of everything on my end and got it all processed. Roof was off and back on within a day. Super Clean!

Heartland Construction Services provided not only honest, timely, fair, and economical repairs to our home after a devastating hailstorm, they did it with solid communicators, skilled craftsmanâ s, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The staff has what I would call the most efficient, polite, energetic, excellent communicator and extremely qualified in every detail. The staff are always prepared to insure that all repairs and construction is done in compliance with City building codes as well as having professional personnel that work with Heartland when Engineering and product experts are need to sign off on issues requires information is need to produce a reasonable alternative insurance adjusters estimate. The work that was done on our home was done with kid gloves and was a blessing that once we contracted with Heartland there was no need for us to deal with insurance or mortgage holders. I do recommend them to everyone I get a chance to, simply the because Heartland is assumed to repair, replace, or add quality to our home. Thank you to all, Joe, Shannon, and Don! Joe, his staff and crews were all A-Plus. They did a terrific job replacing our roof, gutters and downspouts. The support documents and communications were also excellent. And, as a result, the process was surprisingly smooth and easy. Plus, Joe provided unexpected help in negotiating with our insurance company. Given the above, they deserve a 5-star rating.
