I was extremely impressed with Heartland. We had an emergency roof repair and Joe and his team addressed it immediately. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Don did an excellent job and went above and beyond and cleaned up the old roof tiles. This was above and beyond the scope of work.

Though Joe Reinhard contacted us on behalf of Heartland Construction, he spearheaded the repair on behalf of Pancher Exteriors. He was very prompt in his initial response, gave a comprehensive analysis of the cause of the roof leak, and pulled workers from another project to effect a timely repair. We are waiting for the next precipitation to determine if the problem has been fixed, and he wouldn't bill us until we are satisfied that the problem has been remediated - very impressive. But thus far, we are extremely pleased with the service.
