We have used Rod for years for problems with our oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. He often troubleshoots over the phone and based on the manufacturer, model, and age of our machine, he once recommended that replacing the appliance would be a wiser decision than repair. Totally trust his work, comes with a two year warranty, discount for cash payment. Highly recommend.
