+ -1 moreWe have used Rod for years for problems with our oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. He often troubleshoots over the phone and based on the manufacturer, model, and age of our machine, he once recommended that replacing the appliance would be a wiser decision than repair. Totally trust his work, comes with a two year warranty, discount for cash payment. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Our dishwasher stopped working. Rod came over the day after we called. We had a window between noon and 3. He called 1/2 hour before arriving right at noon. After troubleshooting the machine, he fixed an electronic problem that was causing the on-off control not to work, then ran the cycle several times looking for additional problems. He checked the water supply and drains for clogs. there were none. He suggested a change from gel detergent to powder, which contains more pumice so cleans better. He also showed me how the water circulates in my machine and gave me advice on how to load the dishwasher for better water circulation and cleaner dishes.
