Description of Work: This company was called in to take care of a non-functioning gas domestic water heater. The tenant at the property told me that the technician maintained that he had changed the thermocouple but that the gas burning element was defective and that the heater needed to be replaced, which he offered to do for $2,300. This seemed high, so I called another company whose technician reported that the thermocouple on the heater was the the factory original (i.e. it had never been replaced). He replaced it and the heater has worked ever since. The only mitigating aspect of the incident is that, strangely, I never heard from Precision again and never received a bill.

+ -1 moreThe job took about 12 man-hours to complete. They originally got the wrong heater, and had to bring it back and 'find' another one in town. They were polite and neat. They came back a few days later to change the temperature of the water for me. This was a case where the typical flat-fee pricing paid off for us.
Description of Work: They replaced our 20 year old water heater. It is in the dirt crawl space under the house, and was very difficult to access, to remove and replace.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT AND TOLD MY HUSBAND WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS IMMEDIATELY. THE WORKER THEN WENT OUT TO HIS VEHICLE AND GOT THE TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT HE NEEDED AND IN SHORT TIME REPAIRED OUR SHOWER.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED OUR SHOWER. THE WATER WOULD NOT TURN OFF. IT WAS DRIPPING AND RUNNING CONSTANTLY.

+ -1 moreI WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WHOLE COMPANY. EVERYONE, FROM THE OPERATORS TO THE TECHNICIAN WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY CAME OUT THE DAY WE CALLED, INFORMED ME BY PHONE WHEN THEY WERE READY TO COME BY, AND CARRIED THE PART IN THE TRUCK WITH THEM. THEY HAD THE PROBLEM DIAGNOSED AND FIXED WITHIN AN HOUR.
Description of Work: OUR RENTAL HOMES HOT WATER HEATER WAS NOT OPERATING. THEY CAME IN AND REPLACED THE FAULTY PART.
