We have been in business for over 27 years and are Nastec and NATE certified. We do over 20,000 service calls per year and about 50% of those are from repeat and referral business. A couple of reasons for that are: we GET OUT the SAME DAY and we have our own training facility where our techs are kept up to date on all the industry changes and not necessarily on your equipment. We are master plumbers, master electricians, and an HVAC company so if you have any needs in these areas let us know.
Very bad cust service. The technician was very nice and did the job, but took from 11:45 am till almost 9;00 pm to complete a dryer repair! Also was supposed to clear out the dryer vent, but did not have the equip. So advised me someone would be here the next day between 1: and 3:00. No one called, so I called action appliance. I was not scheduled, and they did not even have a tech. In my area today!! So now I have to wait around for a third day to see if they show up to clean out the vent! Very very unhappy with this company. I am hoping my dryer lasts at least another year. The cost was enough to pay for a brand new dryer!

I got a call back before 7am the following business day from Action Appliance, and was able to get a technician out by 1130am. That is amazing especially for people with kids or a busy schedule and need to get their repairs done ASAP. The price was a bit steep, +300 to replace a pump, but the service was amazing and the technician was quick and very professional.

I could have bought a new freezer for less than they charged, but would have lost all the food in it before I could get a new one delivered and hooked up. The young repairman was very sympathetic, checked with his manager regarding the price, but without much luck. And, they only guarantee their work for 90 days. Would not use this company.

Jesse way overcharged me. I was told it was $54.95 and up to the technician if there would be an additional charge. He at first charged me $138,00! Then reduced it to $118.00. My handy man does the job for $25.00. Unfortunately, he had a stroke and could not do it. This is an outrageous amount of money for a simple job.

Action Appliance was quick to respond. However, the tech broke the main gas feed valve when he attempted to turn on the gas. It broke in the off position so the tech could not troubleshoot why the furnace would not come on. The tech told my wife it was a safety valve and was no big deal since it broke off in the Off position. The tech also told my wife he did not have a replacement valve on his truck and would have to order one. The tech told my wife the problem was in the main gas control valve and the wall thermostat. I estimated the repairs about $1500. He also suggested installing a new furnace for $4500. (Remember, the gas was off and no diagnosis was performed). We called Comprehensive Maintenance Solutions, who was suggested by a friend, for a second opinion. Mat promptly discovered the broken main feed valve and replaced it. He then performed diagnosis and determined the wall thermostat was defective. He suggested a Honeywell brand and said I could get one and install it myself to save money. Mat also showed me the wiring details for making the replacement. I purchased a wall thermostat that best served our needs and installed it. Our furnace has been working fine since. The manager at Action Appliance did not have a positive customer service response when I called and explained my experience. I am now trying to get Action Appliance to refund the Service Call charges.

The troubleshooting of our appliance problem (smelly front load wash) was fine, but the quote to do the work was absurd. Quoted a total of $425 dollars to install ~$60 dollars of parts. Seems pretty high considering the price of the wash was $500 new.
