About us

We have been in business for over 27 years and are Nastec and NATE certified. We do over 20,000 service calls per year and about 50% of those are from repeat and referral business. A couple of reasons for that are: we GET OUT the SAME DAY and we have our own training facility where our techs are kept up to date on all the industry changes and not necessarily on your equipment. We are master plumbers, master electricians, and an HVAC company so if you have any needs in these areas let us know.

The office people are very nice, but will not call you back if there are problems. You must initiate all communication. Also ask for payment up front for parts that need ordering. Expedited order for install two days after initial visit. Happened a week later. Repair was correct and delays were not with the tech, just office and scheduler. Tech, Josh, was very good.

This is based primarily off the communication with the office supervisor. Problem was diagnosed at a price of $550. Problem was not fixed. Tech said he would continue to work on it. Spoke to a supervisor about being charged for a service that didn't fix the problem. She was rude and condescending. I don't know if it was diagnosed properly but the supervisor didn't seem interested in understanding what my concern was. Tech was friendly and polite.

They came out 4 different times and charged me over 450.00 and it (more than it cost when I bought it!) they never show up within their time frame and I have had to lose a lot of work to be there when they do not show up. I ended up buying a new one, and I am trying to get my money back. What a horrible company! NEVER AGAIN.

I had a broken element in my Electrolux oven. They answered my call quickly and had a service technician out the same day. He had to order the part but was out as soon as it came in to replace the element.

I really like the tech that did my work. He was super nice and efficient at fixing my washer. However dealing with the office was difficult. They call with a window of 10-2:00 on Memorial Day, at 4:00 I call and ask where the Tech s at? Their response is **we did not have you on the books and all the techs have gone home**// But you just called me this morning and gave me this window?!?!!! Then he was supposed to come out in Thursday. No show. Oh it s his day off . What!???!!!!! You re kidding me. More lost time, waiting. Two weeks go by, no fixed washer. Finally, I have an appointment on June 3rd between 5:30 and 8. Come to find out they sent the tech to south of the CO Springs. My job is in Parker. Then the phone call. Hi, ya, we d like to reschedule I had to get firm with them and say no. The technician came around 9:00pm. I could tell he was tired and over worked. He was nice and professional. I appreciate his effort. At the same time someone came out to clean the dryer vent. He was nice, however he blasted dryer lint all over. Big clumps in the rocks and in my window well. l am not sure I d use this company again.

They seemed efficient enough. I got TJ as the appliance tech. He was efficient and worked neatly, if that matters. Had to take my clothes dryer apart, replace some solenoid coils, and put it all back together. he vacuumed out an astonishing amount of lint, too.

DO NOT USE THEM! We hired them because they said they could do a sewer routing and give us a report on a Thursday. We needed the inspection report to sell our house. The failed to send the written report. When my Real Estate agent called them to see when he could get it they picked a fight with hime and hung up after telling him he was not the client.. I called and as nicely as I could I asked when we could get the report and to inform him that as my agent he was indeed the client. The Manager accused him of being arrogant and looking down his nose a him because he was a lowly sewer worker Totally untrue my agent has been in business for 35 years and is the soul of discretion. The Manager said he would get the report out to me and I profusely thanked him for allowing us to continue with the sale. It never came. I called at 3pm and was told by the customer service agent that she would see that she would see that it got to me. Again I explained the reason behind the rush. At 4 I called again and was told that she was too busy and couldn't access the files. I asked if there was any way to solve the problem again explaining the need for the report so the house sale could progress. I asked if anyone could get it handled over the weekend and was told she was busy and I was wasting her time. I asked her if there was any way at all to solve the problem and again was told I was wasting her time. I then asked her if she could call her boss so that he might facilitate things and was told not to tell her how to do her job. Asked her name. fifteen minutes later she called to say her boss was coming down to get out the paper work for me. It is now three days later and it has yet to arrive. I have never encountered the arrogance and belligerence this company showed us and who exhibited a total lack of concern for their clients. They make the cable company look like sweethearts. I suppose if I had paid with a card they would have cause to care but since I paid by check they basically told me to F off.

Got call from customer service saying tech would arrive in 20 minutes after he was supposed to have. Great. Tech still not thereafter an hour. I call customer service. Put me on hold multiple times. No expressed concern for their tech being late. They hang up on me. Tech shows up. Takes 5 minutes to parallel park his van. No big deal but seemed a little odd. He was friendly unlike customer service though. Could not fix my washer though.

We worked with Roman, who was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and informative. He arrived within the scheduled time, had replacement parts on hand (GE refrigerator control board), and did the repair as well as general maintenance on the unit. We would hire Action Appliance again. Though the company's pricing seems a bit steep ($540), they did respond immediately to our request for service, showed up as scheduled, and did the repair in a professional and pleasant manner. Getting the job done quickly and not having to deal with spoiled food ended up being worth it.
