Updated Review: The after service was very bad. They would never call me back, there was no response and when I would get somebody on the phone they were rude. When I spoke to the woman who was the manager on duty on Friday, 9.6, I told her I had just given her company almost $12,000 and her response was *and we thank you for that.* Original Review:They were fast, professional, and kept me informed. They were great!

I got ripped off by this company. When I first called to make an appointment, I explained exactly what I wanted done and that is to clean the coil in my furnace, and they quoted me for $148. I called again a few days later to confirm the appointment and the price and they said it $148. On the day of the appointment, it was supposed to be 2pm, but they called my wife asking if they can come early and they did. When the guy was done, I got a call that I had to get out of work to come pay the guy because he was waiting. When I got home, he was gone, but he left an invoice for $208. When I called the company they said he charged my extra for waiting 45 min. He was done early, it was lunch time and it wasnt even an hour of a wait but he still charged me and left. So I ended up paying by phone anyway. He could&ve left the invoice and I can pay without him waiting. Also, no where in the invoice had $148. He charged $168, then crossed it out and wrote $208. When I asked the company about it, the lady said they quoted me between a $148 and $448, but at no time she mentioned that when I called twice to confirm the appointment and what theyre supposed to do. I will never use them anymore and I dont recommend them because they dont care. They will quote you something and charge something else, and they will charge for waiting even when you are able to pay by phone.

This is the worst service I have ever had. I paid them $250 to fix my dishwasher. They said they could not find the part that is needed. So now I am going on vacation and my dishwasher is still not fixed. Do not hire this company!!

These guys gave a time window of noon to 4pm and showed up at 6pm for a sewer line clean. I was not home then. They quoted $75 which was great. They then said their 2 inch blade could not get through the roots so they would need to use their 3 inch blade. But to do that would be $750! What!!?? I said no and called another company that did it for$150 with a 3 inch blade. Line is perfect now. Total rip off!!

I think the service is excellent. Their reaction time is outstanding. If they expand their business I d like to see them add appliance sales for new equipment as well. A reputable business for sure where clients will take recommendations from skilled technicians

We made an appointment the same day I called them! fantastic, between 1-5. they showed up at 7:25PM no phone call. we were not home so my refrigerator did not get looked at.. Called them the next day in the morning to tell them and asked them why they never called. told me it was a mistake....made a new appointment for today between 10-2, they called me at 2:05 to tell me they were on the way and would be at the house in 30 min. I left work, drove to the home, arrived at 2:14. I called them to make sure I did not miss them, they told me that the repair guy is not even dispatched to me. I waited until 3:00 when he arrived. communication / Process is not working.

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF. Spent A LOT OF TIME WAITING!!! First day, four hour windows, I waited for the repair man he came within the window and gave me an estimate. He was supposed to come back that same day to complete the repair. Another four hour window, he was unable to make it, but I was not told that until I called. Was rescheduled for the following day, another four hour window, repairman arrived two hours after the defined time. When I called to check the ETA (as I have a job too) was met with very rude, impatient customer service from the women in the office. Once the repairman arrived he fixed the blower BUT then said he did not have time to complete the maintenance as he had another job. He said he would schedule it for Saturday and gave me a two-hour window. On Saturday a different person called me and said that they do not do the maintenance on Saturday, and they would have to give me another four hour window. When I tried to ask a question about the scheduling the woman was extremely rude, would not let me finish a sentence as she continued to talk over me. When I asked for a refund for the maintenance portion that I had already paid she told me it would be two weeks before I receive been 14 days and I have not received, so I will need to now file a dispute with my bank. Josh the person who installed the blower was very professional and nice. The office staff is the problem. On one call when I asked for the office manager she told me she was the manager.

the tech knew what he was doing but showing up an hour and a half late past past the four hour window with no call to me know they were running late. and no itemized bill. very expensive for a duel switch on my home ac. wont use them again

They didn t have the timer on the truck so won t be back for a week! I thought they would go get a timer and come back to finish the job. A week is too long to do without a dryer!

I'm sorry I didn't put this up here earlier but the person that fix my refrigerator was amazing. Price was decent. Very trustworthy people I would recommend them over and over again

High price for washer repair $305.00 for washer pump.

If I could rate this company lower than 0.5, I would. Their Customer Service is terrible. They knocked out power to other parts of our house, did not show up at scheduled times, and their office personnel were the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with. Our appliance still is not fixed, but at least we have power to our rooms that they knocked out.

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!! THEY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!! Had Action Appliance come out to service my A/C Unit because it stopped cooling my town home. They only charged $55 to come out to diagnose the issue but then tried to tell me the cost of repairs would be $816!! I thought this was shady from the get go, so I declined and the guy then tried to pressure me into to doing it anyways. Yeah right buddy. I got my A/C Unit serviced today and is up and running for $150. Can you believe this?? Be Smart people, do your research, always get a second opinion, and DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH ANYTHING!

The part needed to complete the repair was not on the truck. A second 4 hour time wait on a different day had to be scheduled.
