Had a 4 hour widow for the repair to be done and on the website states is a guarantee he never showed and after several calls I was told he would not come out until the next day. I took time of work and was not happy about them lying

Joe are service tech was awesome. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Talked to us about upgrading our system without being pushy and guided us what the next steps.

the Office Manager doesnt think it is necessary to tell you when you say bring a ladder that there is a RANGE OF FEES FOR GETTING ON TO THE ROOF. Supposedly some of that fee went towards the cleaning i had done. $740 to spray coil cleaner and add 2 lbs of freon on the 2 story roof. People should be warned before they come out of All possible Extra Fees. So office management and Customer Service need some improvement. Her demeanor when i called and asked about the lack of information was sarcastic and " what are you gonna do" about it. They were able to come out in a timely manner. Technician was patient and seemed to think it was normal for people to feel RIPPED OFF. Cleaning coils and Freon shouldn't cost over 700 Dollars!?

Could not repair the range, but we did install the range hood. To repair the range I was quoted the cost of a new range.

They made a commitment to come repair my system, and met that commitment on the same day.

My dishwasher seemed to be leaking. He came out and said the gasket needed replacement. The cost was $276. I paid $138. The part had to be ordered. He came back out and it was the wrong part. We rescheduled. Again, my appointment had to be rescheduled due to him being stuck on a previous repair. So I get a call today to reschedule again. I asked to just cancel. I only get a $14.00 refund from my $138.00! I am charged $124 for nothing! This has been 3 weeks! I have used my dishwasher 3 times since then and no leaks. Stay away from this business.

Company was very unreliable - They bailed on my first two appointments and finally showed on the third for diagnosis on my broken dryer. Then they were supposed to come back with the right parts to fix and did not show up. Finally, showed up the next day but there was way too much waiting around that I did not have time for.

The work is great and the technician is very helpful but little bit pricy. He had to put wires into the circuit box and charge me $108

Nice, friendly, knowledgeable tech. Had a little issue with scheduling.

They ask the customer to leave 4 hours window for a technician to come over to the property. But they only give the customer 2 minutes to return the call if customer did not pick up the phone when they called before they came. Otherwise, they will reschedule you no matter how long you had waited.

Tony did a great job of cleaning the dryer vent, but we still have a problem with the vent We need a service that has a scope to look & see if there is a disconnection in the system.

The technician made the trip from Aurora to Broomfield on a Friday evening for a repair for my elderly mother. Great customer service, very knowledgeable! Thank you!

I thought they were very good at their job and came right out when there was a problem. the service person was very nice and seemed to be good at his job. Very polite but, as all customers I thought it was quite expensive. I did hire them for another job.

I have already put a complaint in with Home Advisor and I m still waiting to hear back

Their package is too high. They don't give any warranty papers. I wont hire them anymore.
