The technician checked the problem and gave a quote before beginning. He had the parts with him and fixed my dryer in less than an hour. He was courteous (put shoe covers on before coming in the house), and efficient. I would recommend them

They charged me $1000 labor for a repair that took 2 hours to complete (total $1558 to replace blower motor in attic air conditioner).

John was the main on and his brother I cannot believe they are in business. I have pictures and texts to back up my claims about just how terrible these 2 were. I feel bad for anyone else who works with them!!!!!!! They did so many things tear up my sprinkler line in 8 places then covered more than half! Striped on of my $1600 trees of almost all the bark around it! Damaged another one also. Left plastic mixed into dirt everywhere. Left the inspection pipes all crooked and different heights!! It took me to send crazy messages that I think scared him to come fix the pipes and cut them all the same size! Ripped up and buried my metal edging. Then they of course had to be at the very top of the bid I received!! Just really unbelievable they do business like idiots. What if I was 75 and couldn t fix all the crap they messed up????

courteous and professional. came out to service my AC and identified and diagnosed issue with furnace. on the spot quote to do repairs and offered a miiltary discount. scheduling a return visit after parts are received.

Nick came out and accessed the problem right away. Fixed the issue in 20 minutes and it only cost the evaluation price. Was very pleased. He was personable and polite.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Service tech misdiagnosed issues on a dryer machine 3 times, had to come back several times, did not know this brand of machine and could not fix it - only to not complete the work and leave the dryer in pieces. We had to miss work 4 times, and the tech no showed twice. Office staff is rude, incompetent and comfortable ripping people off. Allysa is a despicable person who makes a living robbing people of money for repairs done wrong, or not done at all. Stay away!

After confirming an appointment over phone this company was a no call, no show. When I spoke with the company after the appointment window they seemed unapologetic and unconcerned by their lack of arrival.
