My only problem was they tried to constantly sell me a new furnace and air conditioner the entire time he was relighting my furnace.

The only reason they didn't get a 5 for Customer Service was they stated they'd be back before 5:00 pm with the part to repair the refrigerator. He didn't get there until after 7:00, and I had to call to get a status.. Otherwise, Juan did a great job.

Showed up the same day I called & fixed my furnace in minutes. Reasonably priced.

They did a good job in a timely fashion.

The service person showed up on time and checked out the washing machine and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to fix the machine and what it would cost to go buy a new machine. The fee for showing up and checking it out was very reasonable. Very professional.

Very timely service and the company reps were terrific.

When technician showed up couldnt figure out problem, sated it was a high temperature problem put it in but left before making sure problem was corrected. Called company to advise them that still wasnt fixed, it was friday they couldnt someone out until monday, when monday came around no one showed up called back and the dispatcher stated that it was no put in the system. Dispatcher stated will send someone out the next day between 2pm and 6pm it is know 719pm no show. it has been cold at night, we have to go and buy portable heater for the house. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for good and honest service. I also would not looking on Home advisors for people. I am sending this information to DORA for the State of Colorado. I took time away from my job three days trying to work with them to get it fixed but they took my money without fixing the problem, dont use this company nor home advisors. Read complains on the governments website.

Showed up very early in the scheduling window. Very personable and professional.

They were prompt and efficient.

During our sudden 2-day cold spell, on the 2nd day, our furnace blower came on but the furnace wouldn't. Action Appliance quickly assessed that the thickness of our filter was the problem, causing our furnace to come on but then overheat too quickly. They could find no other problem so it just cost us their trip charge.

Customer service was super friendly. They got out and were able to fix my heater that same day AND even were able to adjust the schedule for me to accomodate some conflicts I had. Juan was fantastic and quick. House heated right back up after he got the issue fixed.

They were effiecient and professional. I would reccomend them to a family and friend.

Don't waste your time and money with this company! The service was great, but the scheduling/timing/convenience was not. Talked directly to the manager and she didn't understand that I was the customer.

Had them out for dryer repair. When on sensor dry, turns off after a couple minutes also no heat. Sensor problem started a couple months ago, heat was recent problem. Told on phone $55 to diagnose problem told what parts need replacing. Would not tell me labor rate or estimate to replace heating element. Took dryer apart, said sensor was unplugged. Checked thermostat & fuse found to be good. Heating element bad. Could not give me a reason why it failed in just 8 months. Told me total job $329 because they have to do a mandatory cleaning. I told him I had a quote for $169 & did not want cleaning, he said their service includes part warranty for 90 days & cleaning. Still too high, so he came down to $285 and said 1yr warranty on heating element. In hindsight I totally regret him doing the work. Sensor still doesn t work. I don t trust them at all, they just want to make a quick buck. This is the 2nd company we used from Home Advisor than overcharges and under delivers. Home Advisor brings no credibility to selecting a contractor. When I entered my job info, a screen came up to call a contractor now. I did and did not know who was being called. Don t fall for this. In my case they connected me to the 1st company on the list. Should have been hooked up with the highest rated.

Kody the service tech was great! He diagnosed and solved our washing machine issue quickly. The only reason for shit for some 4 ratingis the lack of professionalism of the office staff. I feel like I was interrupting their office conversation and jokes both times I talked to them :-(

Dion was great showed up on time easy to work with. It was pricey though. But the work was ecellent

They came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. I was told he could come back the next night with the parts. I paid half and was to pay the rest when he brought the part. He was unable to come the next night or Saturday, or Tuesday night, or Wednesday night . Finally came after all the cancellations and replaced the oven. I was furious by then. We havenâ t used it yet.

Service hours are a suggestion and they will schedule you per their convenience. My biggest qualm with them was that they scheduled me between certain hours, and I called to check in with them. They told me it would be half an hour, then they still didn't show up until about 6:30. I asked for a discount because I had to take off for work for this repair, and they only offered $15 off.
