About us

We have been in business for over 27 years and are Nastec and NATE certified. We do over 20,000 service calls per year and about 50% of those are from repeat and referral business. A couple of reasons for that are: we GET OUT the SAME DAY and we have our own training facility where our techs are kept up to date on all the industry changes and not necessarily on your equipment. We are master plumbers, master electricians, and an HVAC company so if you have any needs in these areas let us know.

They had a technician to my house on the day I called. A part had to be ordered, but once it was installed the washer worked perfectly. Great job. I will use them again whenever needed.

Both Juan & Jaime were both very knowledgeable & personable. They were able to diagnosis the problem quickly & had parts for all three problems for an older refrig. I would highly recommend the company. I would have preferred the parts being less expensive, however.

I called Action Appliance after the Sears rep said they could fix our freezer two weeks from now. AA (Roman) showed up less than 3 hours later, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part (Saturday), and repaired the freezer Monday morning. Professional, on time great service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Great customer service, knowledgeable techs and good value for money! Our heat went out of a single-digit day. When Action Appliance responded to our need, they were sympathetic and very efficient with getting us on their schedule that night. The technician arrived about 2hrs later and was able to diagnose and resolve our issue within 30-mins. He also suggested we contact the company who installed our new HVAC unit to check out an issue he noticed with an air intake valve. Said they should take care of it for us!

Action was the only company Home advisor had contact me on 1/20/2020, for an estimate to repair my 24 year old Trane furnace. Granted it is an older unit but not beyond even a temporary fix. The technician arrived promptly and was friendly - looked at the unit, said the computer and igniter was bad and that the computer was not available and thus unrepairable. He proceeded to giver me an estimate of $8,750.00 to install a similar Goodman product - $6,700.00 for a Frigidaire unit (both inferior to Trane in my opinion). I was charged $54.95 for the service call and he left. The next day I had someone from another company come out to give me a replacement estimate, and after a few tests, he suggested replacing the igniter (which he did). My furnace is working perfectly - he couldn't guarantee how long my furnace would last but he gave me the option of fixing rather than replacing my furnace. Action did not give me an option so I called them for a refund and was told that since the technician did come out, that money would not be refunded. For a company that says they guarantee 100% satisfaction, I am not satisfied. I also had several other estimates for a Trane furnace (equivalent or better than what I have) and all of them were close to half of the Action estimate. I feel that Action Appliance tried to take advantage of this situation and I may not be the only Senior Citizen that they have done this to. I would not recommend doing business with this company,

I was able to make an appointment and they were able to come in a day. He arrived at the beginning of my service window and he quickly identified the problem and had the parts to fix it that day. He explained the problem and showed me the old bad part. He was friendly and thorough. I was very satisfied with his service.

I hired John to repair a double wall oven and a gas range, the tech came out, asked me to help him lift the double oven out of the wall, I am 73 years old and I should not have had to do that, I was told I needed a new circuit board and said I needed to give him $600 to order that part, told me it should be in around the 1st. of the year, I called the company a few times and they said they would check on it, after awhile I was told the can not get the part and will have to refund me and that can take up 6 weeks, I said that was unacceptable and asked to talk to a manager and they would not let me talk to a manager
