My receipt for $547 for a replaced timer control was not itemized, so I felt there could be price gouging. I asked the worker and the boss for an itemized receipt but was told they don't do that. Also, I questioned whether the timer control was the problem, or was it just the knob. It was explained that the timer seized up affecting the knob. I had to take their word for this.

I would never recommend this company. They cancelled 2 appointments and never fixed our dishwasher. I would suggest you remove them from your service!

Kelly, the tech, was polite and considerate. He went out of his way to solve the problem. Customer service really seemed to care. They were extremely efficient in getting someone out.

Don't use. It's a scam!!!

Edwin was wonderful. He fixed our dishwasher, unclogged the pipe leading out of it and told me how to help prevent the problem from happening again. He was prompt,efficient, friendly and professional. We will now use Action Appliance appliance, plumbing or heating problems.

Appt. scheduled for the next day. 1st appt. showed up 1.5 hours late without a call. Took less than 5 minutes and tried to sell a replacement because it was too old for parts. When I refused, they suddenly located a replacement part for 3 times the internet price. The part they claimed it needed was an inducer, but this furnace was over 20 years old and they did not make them with inducers. Lack of communication and explanation left me thinking I was being swindled. After a call to their office, they clarified the part was a blower that had frozen and I knew that was legitimate. The 2nd trip was a different person who was very professional and finished the repairs quickly with no mess. I would recommend the repair quality, but not the service. Oh, and I do not answer a phone number I don't recognize.

While work completed was fine, the price was ridiculously expensive for replacing minor items on a washing machine. Our technician was very friendly.

Technician fixed the problem with my refrigerator very promptly. Friendly too.

Good customer service. Same day evaluation done. However, it looked too pricey for a 40 hrs of labor.

Not very customer oriented, did not ask any questions. Put door on floor and that is how the door got scratched. They never got back to me when I complained about it.

It ended up being an easy fix, the changing of a clogged filter, but the guy was ready for more, he did recommend future service cleaning that needs to be done maybe when the weather is warmer, but I was very happy with what was done

Great customer service. They were able to get someone out with same day service. Jaime was friendly and fast. They put the service fee towards the total price. Would highly recommend them.

I was given a 12-4pm appointment window on a Friday afternoon. At 4:30pm the technician still had not arrived, so I called the office. I was told he would arrive in an hour. I called back at 5:30pm and was told he was in Aurora (45 minutes away without traffic) and would arrive in 45 minutes. I called again at 6:30pm when he still hadn't arrived. He finally arrived a few minutes after 7pm. The technician was very friendly and worked efficiently; thankfully he had the part he needed on his truck. However, NOT ONE PERSON ever apologized for the 3-hour delay! This being a rental property and not my home, it was terribly inconvenient and not how I had imagined spending my Friday night--finally got home at 8:30pm! Also, it cost over $500 to repair a washing machine, and not much more than that to buy a new one.
