They didn't follow through with what they said they would and I feel it was too expensive. At first their response was great, but then they didn't follow through with what they said they would do. He took a long time and didn't really fix the issue.

Bad. Just bad. Asked for the first appointment of the day, which evidently starts at 10 am. He showed up at 1230. This was after canceling the Friday before because the window had ended without the technician showing or even a phone call. Overpriced. Price gouging?? Quoted $16K for a furnace (other company quotes came in between $8K-12K). Did not fix what was broken. Today, he showed with a part that cost $400 and did not even fix what I had asked to be fixed (trash compactor motor). The manager was totally useless. Do not hire this company. DO NOT!!

Josh the technician was very professional and performed his job safely and efficiently. During this time of COVID-19 going around Josh wore his protective equipment (respirator) the entire time which has to be uncomfortably challenging. Excellent work Josh.

Our thermometer needed to be replaced. The repairman tried to convince us we needed to replace the compressor for $600.

Arrived late 3hrs I thought the price for service to be high. the quality of service is yet to be determined but seems to have fixed the problem.

Dion was very professional and explained the entire process to me step by step. He originally came to replace the fans on both the Samsung freezer and refrigerator. Then he was able to fix the ice maker which has been nothing but a problem since the purchase of the Samsung 6 years ago. So thankful!

Once we got the right part, the dishwasher now works well

It was a simple repair that took less than 20 minutes to complete. I was quoted one price without a break down of parts and labor. I asked for one but was told they would not do it! Without it, I figure I paid $150 to $175 for less than half hour of labor.

They repaired our dishwasher. It works great. BUT, during the repair, they scratched our flooring very badly. We spoke to the owner, and she required us to either pay the $127 second half of bill, and have a person come out to estimate our house for the floor repairs, and then they would cover floor repairs. OR we could not pay the $127 and call it even. We obliged to pay the $127 if they provided us insurance information to ensure they followed through with the repairs. The owner refused to give us the insurance information or contractor license number. The owner then threatened this would be a lot worse for us then it will be for them, and then hung up. DO NOT USE this company. The repairman was actually really nice about it, and we understand mistakes happen. The owner is a total b****

Josh will be back tomorrow. He did not have the parts. Email me tomorrow... I really cannot rate the work yet but so far so good!

CANNOT BELIEVE HOW HORRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS. Repair man came out and scratched my hardwood floor SO bad in multiple areas, we are talking 2-3 feet of scratches. I call the office and ask for their insurance number because the owner (told snob) told me I have to pay my total before she will fix it. I said I needed the insurance number before, so I can make sure they will come back. SHE TOLD ME THE FLOOR WAS NOT A BIG DEAL AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME THEN TOLD HER EMPLOYEE TO LEAVE. SO UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

My dishwasher broke and my wife and I finally decided to get it fixed. Jaime, from Action Appliance, was extremely helpful, responsive, professional, and kind. Setting up a quick appointment was very easy and Jaime was very punctual. He found the problem in about 15 min and gave us a competitive quote on the spot. Jaime arrived the next day with the proper parts and fixed our dishwasher within an hour. Excellent customer service and very reliable. Jaime did an amazing job and has our dishwasher working like new! We will only be using Action Appliance for any appliance needs and couldn't be happier with Jaime's work! Thank you!

I have no idea how they have a high score here. Action Appliance has a very low rating on two very famous review sites and an F rating with the BBB. On April 9th, Action Appliance sent technician 1 to my home to repair my refrigerator that was not cooling. Technician 1 replaced the condenser and compressor, performed software update, and recharged the refrigerant. I paid the full amount of $1250.99. The next day the refrigerator was not working again, so technician 2 was sent. Technician 2 claimed that the work performed by technician 1 had leaked and that the system had to be repaired and recharged. Technician 2 performed the work, and I was not charged. The next day (April 11th) the refrigerator was not working again, and technician 3 was sent. As soon as technician 3 began working, he identified technician 2 by his bad work stating that technician 2 never weighs his refrigerant in. Technician 3 recharges the system and I receive no additional charge. 40 hours later the refrigerator is not working again. April 14th I call asking for a refund explaining they can have their parts and even the whole refrigerator back. The manager refuses stating that the work is still under warranty, and they would send a senior technician. Technician 1 is sent and states that technician 3 has overcharged the system, and the lines in the back are frosted over. Furthermore, technician 1 opens the refrigerator to check the model number to find the proper amount of refrigerant, explaining that he guessed the first go-round. Because of this, we have lost 2 refrigerators full of groceries. Compounded with the covid19 stay-at-home orders and difficulties restocking the refrigerator, this has put an undue burden on my ability to feed my family. Furthermore, I cannot trust even the latest repair, leaving me still without a refrigerator. I have no idea how long I should wait until I can once again have food in the refrigerator. Last time was 2 days, and then broke. I cannot wait weeks to feed my family. I cannot trust this refrigerator, I have made plans to purchase a new one, but I cannot afford a new refrigerator until the cost of this non-functional repair is refunded.

Bit pricey to simply replace heating element in dryer but they knew how to fix it and what they were doing...unlike some others that simply guess at the problem...!!!
