The technician should review the cost breakdown with customer without them asking for it.

Tech arrived on time. Fixed my issues with my dryer plus did extra maintenance on my dryer and washer at a very fair price. I highly recommend them, I am senior and having a company I can trust and depend on is very important. Thank you, Action Appliance. The Tech had a mask and cleaned up everything and was very friendly, responsible, and respectful. He only did what was needed, I did not feel any pressure, just good advice.

This company is fraud. They charged me $1600 dollars to fix my air conditioning and told me they would be back later that day to do the work. They rescheduled 5 times and never showed. Now they refuse to give me a refund.

Do not hire this contractor. Their billing and customer service practices are outrageous. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was quoted $55 for a service call and diagnostic. I was charged over $500 for less than 30 minutes of work without any repair authorization, I was just asked to pay and sign that I authorized the work after the fact. When calling customer service to dispute the charge, I was told that since I gave the technician my credit card, they did not understand what I was complaining about.

The problem with my leaky AC was a loose PVC pipe. Action appliance gave me a $6,150 repair estimate.

Tech was masked and gloved, friendly, respectful and on time. Fixed the problem in very little time, charged a reasonable amount, and cleaned up after himself. Whatâ s not to like?

There was a mess up yesterday, the interchanged numbers in my phone number and when they couldn't get a hold of me they cancelled the call. They were able to come out today but it left a sour taste in my mouth.

hired them on 5/23/2020 they call me on tuesday said my parts would be in on friday. friday they called and said a teck would be out on monday between 2pm and 6pm. by 5;50 no call i called them they said they were running late. at 600 the tech called and said it would be first thing in the morning by 10 am no call caledd them and was told tecks were in a meeting 11 at 11.30 am shows up woks on it then says he needs another part will be back before 8pm comes back at 6 pm woks on it and its as good as new today is june 4th still not working and they keep putting me off i paid them more than 1000.00 dollars all they want is the money guess its time for small claims its june 8th still dont have a workiing fridge had an appt. between 1 and 5 today its been changed to june 9th between 10 and 3 MAYBE?

Customer Service is terrible, they do not call you back. they cancel appointments at the end of the day when they are scheduled to come out. And have not repaired our A/C as of todays date/. They have put in 2 incorrect motors.

They showed on time and took care of the problem

We had some snags due to the my wiring being so old. The kept in communication and were able to problem solve and fix the issue. if I decide to upgrade from a swamp cooler to an air conditioner I will definitely be calling them to do the job.

Showed up on time. Knowledgeable. Worked quickly.

Action Appliance set up an appt on 6/1 for 2:00PM-6:00PM. 5:30 comes around that day and they never arrived or called, and then they say they can t make the appt, never contacted me at all. Came out the next day and charged $889 for about a 25 minute job to replace a capacitor. People at Action refused to give me contact information to talk to a manager or supervisor.

Friendly, professional and fixed my problem in a minimum amount of time. I highly recommend Action Appliance, Inc.
