I was happy with the service from the beginning. The team contacted me via calling on the phone and followed with texting when I was not available to answer. They were flexible in scheduling someone to come out quickly for a quote. Ian was super friendly and did a great job. Very thorough with measurements and evaluation of what needed to be done when he arrived for the estimate. On the day of the sink installation, he was in contact and arrived within the window as expected. The price quoted to me at the estimate and the final price matched exactly. Great job and my sink looks great!

I gave four stars, took off a star because he put down that he cleared 100' of my line (line is only 70' to the city line) on the invoice but didn't have enough length on the tool to clear the whole 70'. I did say that I wanted to focus on a particular spot about 40' in, so I understand but I would have liked to have the whole line cleaned.

These folks replaced a broken kitchen drain pipe under my basement slab. Their estimator Sammy thoroughly explained what would need to be done and gave me a firm quote several hundred dollars below the other competitors. The day I accepted the contract we discovered a broken outside hose tap and Sammy offered to replace that at no additional charge, which they did. Ian and another fellow did the actual work. He again explained everything he was going to do and completed it to our satisfaction. Would definitely use 5280 again and recommend.
