Description of Work: REPAIRED CRACK IN WINDSHIELD. PUT LIQUID IN CRACKS AND DRIED. MADE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WITH OUR INSURANCE COMPANY.

+ -1 moreVERY EASY. I PLACED THE CALL TO ELITE & LEFT ALL THE REST TO THEM. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE INSURANCE DETAILS, CAME TO MY WORK @ THE AGREED UPON TIME, REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD IN NO TIME. OTHER THAN THE INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE IT WAS TOTALLY PAINLESS. THE INSTALLER EVEN GAVE ME A CAN OF WINDOW CLEANER IN CASE THERE WAS A SMUDGE HE MISSED. COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE PROFESSIONAL OR EASIER TO DEAL WITH.
Description of Work: REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD IN MY HONDA VAN. HAVE REPLACED SEVERAL WINDSHIELDS FOR US IN THE PAST.

+ -1 moreI CALLED ELITE AND TOLD THEM I NEEDED A NEW WINDSHIELD FOR MY TRUCK. THEY CAME TO MY WORK THE SAME DAY AND REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD, TRIM AND MOLDING WITHOUT ME HAVING TO DROP THE VEHICLE OFF AT THE DEALER AND FOR ABOUT HALF OF THE PRICE THAT THE DEALER WANTED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

+ -1 moreI WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. I ALWAYS USE THEM BECAUSE THEY LEAVE THE CAR CLEAN AND FREE OF GLASS. THEY PUT IN QUALITY WINDSHIELDS AND I TRUST THEM. I LIKE HOW THEY WILL COME TO THE HOUSE OR MY WORKPLACE. THEY ALWAYS LEAVE A GLASS CLEANER IN THE CAR AND IT'S MUCH BETTER THAN WINDEX. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND IT'S EASY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN ONE WEEK. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
