Knight Heating and Cooling

When I woke up to a broken furnace one morning Knight Mechanical send someone out within a few hours of contacting them. The tech was very thorough and knowledgable. Awesome!

Very friendly.

They sent out someone to fix the pump and bleed out the floor heating system. While the person that came out was very nice and knowledgeable regarding the pump and bleeder valve replacement, his expertise fell a little short when it came to bleeding the air out of the whole system. It was a very complicated system. He called the owner who then came out and spent c couple hours getting the air out of the system. Between the two of them, they spent most of the day fixing the system and never even suggested me paying more for their service than was quoted. Their cost was less than the other bids and their overall expertise was far superior to the others. Highly recommend this business!

Some confusion about the appointment date. Tech showed up a couple of days early -- but was very apologetic & quickly got the inspection done & explained everything very well.

They did a great job. Nice and courteous, fast scheduling of appointment. Normal service maintenance of my unit. Was the most expensive estimate I got. But maybe sometimes you get what you pay for.

They were great came out next day an fixed the leak. Seamed pretty expensive but I needed it done.

Had them come to look at a problem with a leaking water heater. Of course I needed a new one (10 years old). The heater it self was in a tight spot but do-able. The initial installation was done by an apprentice and when I came home to inspect what had been done, there were a couple of problems. 1. the pipe feeding water to the tank had a VERY small leak that could have caused problems. 2. installed the heater to close to the dryer so it couldn't vent. After calling Matt to let him know of the problems, he came back with the journeyman. They were very attentive to getting it fixed and I think did a fine job in the end. Just needed a little more attention to detail. $$$
