Quick response for scheduling! They were great!

Excessive rate. Cost of $400 to replace 10 inches of copper pipe. I had located the leak and removed all sheetrock for access. Tech took 1/2 hour and used, maybe $10 of copper (retail). That is close to $800 an hour labor. I feel that maybe $100 trip charge and $100 labor would be more acceptable. Very disappointed, as I like to use locally owned companies but dislike excessive fees.

Larry was nice and to the point. Did a great job. Took about an hour.

My daughter's sewer was backed up and she called them mid-morning and they were there at 2:00; the clog was quickly taken care of. I was paying for the service and no questions were asked. They took my information, sent me a receipt, and everyone was pleased. This was my 3rd time of using their service and each time it was fast, efficient, and reasonable.

I called with an emergency water leak and I was unable to identify the location of the leak. Diana was wonderful setting up the service visit. Larry showed up within an hour. I donâ t have enough good things to say. Larry was quick and precise but took his time to educate me about the repair. Larry offered advice regarding future projects we are considering and based off the service provided, I wonâ t be asking any other companies for a quote. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thank you so much for helping to turn a rough morning into a good day.

Came out on a Sunday morning vet promptly. We got text updates as to when the plumber would arrive. Although he had to go get a part he was back quickly and got the whole job of replacing worn out pipes and shut off valves for our washing machine done quickly. They screened for Covid symptoms and the tech wore a mask as did we so I felt comfortable that they are keeping their employees and customers as safe as possible. Very pleased with the service! We will continue to use this company both at our home and our business.

THey came out on a sunday to replace my faucet! They had a great turn around time. I called the day before and the problem was fixed within 24 hours!

Finding water dripping from an upstairs toilet down through the smoke alarm in my kitchen ceiling I called a plumber recommended by a friend; they could be out in 3 days! So in a mild panic, I got on the internet and found Flatirons Plumbing. I liked that they are a family owned business. The gal who answered the phone was very pleasant and Larry showed up 2 hours later!! He was extremely knowledgeable and not only fixed that problem, but fixed an additional toilet while he was there. I feel great to know that now I have a plumber and would highly recommend Flatirons!

Great customer service. The initial phone call was professional and kind. They provided a window and has an opportunity to show up early and called to see if that was okay. They repaired the leaky shower head and then waited to ensure it stopped leaking before leaving. They were respectful of the house and kept everything clean. Highly recomend.

Jim was experienced and did a great job. Highly recommend him and the company!

Larry, the technician, was great. He was fast and explained everything related to what was going on with my refrigerator end though he technically is a plumber (this was the supply like to the fridge that was at issue, but Larryâ s knowledge base far exceeded that area.

Showed up within the time window given, figured out the problem quickly, gave me a price and completed the work. No fuss, no mess. Pointed out a couple of other issues (old water heater and main shutoff valve not completely shutting off, but were not pushy about "upselling" more repairs. Experienced plumber.
