These guys were quick, efficient and courteous. Start to finish the entire project only took 5 days (4 days of you do not include the day they could not work due to high winds). They were competitively priced and the roof looks great. I am a perfectionist and had a couple of issue that I pointed out and they understood and corrected issues quickly. I would highly recommend these people and have already done so to my next door neighbor. MIke.

Efficient and professional

They trashed my yard stomped my flower and herb garden and left there mess. Lied to me telling me before they started we will clean up our mess and be careful with your garden . They even stomped on my garden sculpture. I left my gate unlocked so they could repair my neighbors roof.

I got a cold call from this company. They called my cell phone looking for my father (who never had this number ) when I informed them that he was dead, the man apologizd and PROCEEDED TO GIVE HIS SALES PITCH. The audacity! Seriously, who does that?

I worked with Foreman Abraham Sanchez and and his crew of 5 men for two weeks and they did a terrific job. Every day their entire crew were on time at 8:00 and Mr. Sanchez was there and available to supervise, but his crew was just so good that they did not need supervision. These were very honest and dependable people. We drafted a fair and reasonable contract and they carried out all their responsibilites to the letter. Every day they cleaned up before leaving and they were extremely well organized. Mr. Sanchez handled all permits and paperwork, and we got along ideally. It is hard to find honest dependable people that really are knowledgabe and skilled, and I was very lucky to be able to hire them form my job. I would recommend them without reservation.

Great company, quality work on time and super follow through. Abraham the manager and project lead was very thorough and the crew was polite, did great work and cleaned up so we didnt even know they were there. From the quote process to completion, it was a job well done. I would use them again.

Abraham from Specialty Construction was very responsive. The work was completed as scheduled and the roof looks great. All minor items noted were resolved timely and I would recommend this company based on my experience.

The only reason i give 3.5 stars is the fact the the company knew we had Presidental Shake TL shingles (a good inch thick/finest shingle they offer) from day one and made reference to 75 sq ft of shingle replacement in their bid. When they came to do the job the had regular asphalt shingles. Which were unacceptable. Speaking with the company i found out that my shingle wasn't available in California. The company ended up reusing my exsisting shingles. Looking at the CertainTeed website even the California approved TL shake would have worked for the repais do to its location and visual exposure. To the company's plus they did work with us to modify the original contract to include an area where solar piping needed to go thru where the shingles had covered the pipes. While they were very professional and courteous, I found it surprising that the company did not deduct for the 3 bundles of Shingles that were included in the original bid. Seems they were duly enriched at my expense.

They communicate well and kept me informed of the schedule. They were prompt at the initial appointment. They sent pictures of the work after completion, I found that helpful.

Added more projects. Great work and he was on time and finished at the time he agreed upon.

This is the ONLY roofer to respond, but he's knowledgable and competent.

They responded to me very quickly. I felt confident that the recommended repair to my roof was correct - another company that I got an estimate from said the same thing, but wanted to rope me into "roof maintenance" which was much, much more costly. They were able to come the next day and began the work early, finishing before noon. They were very courteous and knowledgeable.

W got off to a rocky start because the job was postponed twice and the worker arrived 30 minutes later than the window of time that the company established. When I expressed my frustration about these things to the owner his replies were, "I've been working since 6:00 AM", "I'm not perfect", and "We don't need to have this discussion". Being the one writing the check at the end of the day (as well as being in a Service Industry myself) I would expect at least a nod to Customer Service from the owner. This in addition to the fact that they wouldn't agree to perform the stop gap measure of putting plastic on the roof (two rainstorms occurred between postponements) without a signed contract, despite the fact that I offered to pay for this service with a credit card over the phone. That said, the worker was friendly, cooperative, informative, reassuring, and very thorough; a definite asset to this company. The repair work is warranted for one year, so I may be dealing with this company again, though in the future I will be aware in advance that the Customer is not the Owner's priority.

Very professional!

Their work was inspected and approved by the inspector for the City of Signal Hill. They left the job sit clean every evening. I will use them on my next roofing project.
