The roofer from this company inspired my trust by inviting me onto my roof and showing me where he thought the repairs were needed. Others simply told me what they had found -- and they "found" an awful lot more than Oliver did. Perhaps he is just not very compulsive about roof repair. However, I decided to interpret it as honesty. He did the work promptly for what I considered a fair price.

They were wonderful!!! They were on time and did an amazing job!! The quality of my roof is amazing and the price was incredibly fair... They removed the old roof right down to the rafters which of course made a huge mess and cleaned it up beautifully! Leaving me with nothing but a beautiful new roof! I would recommend them to anyone!

I highly recommend Specialty Roofing. Their work is quick but very thorough and they use the best materials and techniques to get the job done. We had 2 flat roofs that needed repair and they did exactly what they proposed. It rained about a week after the repairs were made and guess what...we had no leaks whatsoever. This means they were able to properly diagnose where the problems were and were able to repair accordingly. What more can one ask for? They are good at what they do which means they are always busy. So be patient when trying to schedule them. They are definitely worth the wait.

The job was done in a timely manner and the workers were very conscientious. There was a descrepency with pricing of a change order and some of the dry rot was missed. It was ultimatley rectified.
