Alert to women (or older individuals) on this site! I am constantly being taken advantage of or harassed by other companies when looking to have work done on my house. Once a company stayed at my home for hour trying to make me sign-scary. This was the opposite...such a good experience! They were professional, repair work was done the following day and they responded quickly when I had questions. They took pictures of the work so I could see the change, since it was in the attic and made suggestions with no pressure. First honest company I've had experience with since my husband's passing!

Tim with Searls did a great job installing a new furnace in our home. They were available for same day service, gave a good value with a good warranty. The heater works great, and we would hire them again. They installed it quickly and were professional.

Talk to Leonard. Any questions, talk to Leonard, nice guy. If he gives you an estimate based on complete information, that's the price and the job scope. Price was much less than others. The job was professionally done.

Fabulous customer service. Completely honest in their assessment, process and communications. They are not the cheapest but what they offer is a 10 year service warranty which is well worth the extra $300 on a $6K system. I had 4 bids for a remove and replace of a 1987 heat pump system for a recent condo purchase. I had to do much of the communication by phone/txt/email as I live out of state. Searls and Tim made it pretty easy. If you need AC/Heat Pump services call Tim Mitchell at Searls who is the best.

Very efficient, professional, honest service

Searls installed both a new 16 Seer A/C and a 3.5 ton furnace. The A/C was no longer working and the furnace was getting very old. Leonard explained my options in detail and in layman's terms and, most impressively, I am convinced that he recommended just what I needed and not a more expensive option which would have meant more profit for him. I quickly determined that I could trust Leonard and his expertise. Installation went smoothly and the 3 man installation team, headed by Miguel, was also highly competent, professional and more than willing to answer my many questions. This was an experience that could have been less than pleasant but it wasn't. My new A/C is working just as Leonard and his team said it would and it is fully meeting my needs. I would highly recommend Searls and will definitely use them for any similar needs in the future.
