2 Bathroom remodeling staining cabinets, offered a water heater replacement. Fix a broken drain pipe outside. Lots of issues in so many things such as demo taking out handicap bars and replacing with other bars that did not match. Painting had to be redone by others as David did not return my wife's phone calls. We had him do two projects as we were satisfied with the first one. The second master bath had issues with workers not showing up when they said they would. Different worker issues. I had to wait almost 2 years to write this as we just found more and more issues with workmanship. Oh yes that waterheater that was supposed to be new had a dented backside and there was no overflow valve put in correctly upon inspection by another company the install was bad by State construction. We had to pay another company to fix. Would I recommend No. David nice but scattered and his follow through was not good. Only the flooring tile sub contractor was great. I absolutely recommend hiring David. For painting the exterior of my house, I interviewed six people, and David was able to start work almost immediately and had the lowest price by far. The quality of the work is fantastic, and he even did some extra electrical work! I will hire David again for the next home project I need!

Contractor had to come back multiple times due to not meeting county code. He did so without any resistance and for that we are thankful.

We hired State for painting our house exterior after attempting to get bids from four other companies. A few of the other companies just didn’t get back to us.State offered the lowest bid but provided the most work-their bid included a primer coat where as the others did not. David was very polite, said what he was going to do and quickly corrected anything we weren’t happy about. The team worked fast and very hard considering the weather was reaching the 100’s each day. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars was there were a few little communication things which honestly could have been partly my fault. For example I asked what kind of payment they took and was told they took everything including a credit card. They do, but I wasn’t made aware they charge extra to put things on the card until I was ready to pay. Not that big of a deal but caused some inconvenience for me . Overall we were very pleased with the job they did. We will hire them again for projects in the future and would recommend them to others as well.

The prep work was great. It made the paint look so good. I was very happy with the entire experience. David was a huge help and answered my calls immediately.

I started off with getting a quotes from four companies, but hired David. Really nice gentleman, professional work ethics. David and his team worked very well with me, got the job done in a timely manner. I originally hired them to work on the interior of the house, saw the detail in the work, I ended up getting him hired for the whole exterior painting as well. Very happy with the results, only time will tell about the life of the job, but so far impressed.

It took a couple weeks to get the quote & job scheduled, but once it was time for the job it was done very quickly & completely.

David and his team of workers did a wonderful job painting our kitchen cabinets. David's communication with us was excellent once the job started, but it could have been better between the time he gave us his quote, we gave him the go ahead, and the time he started our project. Even so, his work was excellent, and we wouldn't hesitate to use his company again or refer him to others.

Painters asked me to find missed places in need of paint. Customers shouldn't have to do this. It's lucky I was around while they were painting. Very friendly staff is a plus. Painters didn't clean up as well as they should have and I was going to clean up better, but David returned, without my asking, to check on things and did clean up what the painters had missed and also fixed a crack in the Stucco the painters had missed. David is very conscientious. I would hire them again.

David went above and beyond! Great attention to detail. His crew was very neat. My trellis looks fabulous! I'm very happy and will hire them again for additional painting work.
