Original project, house painted & dry-rot repair, completed 9/2016. After our wet winter, we noticed a couple of areas where the paint peeled and caulking around the wood repairs separated. David truly exhibited his professionalism by returning my calls, looked at our concerns and then corrected the issues. David and his crew were awesome working around all the wet weather that we have had. Highly recommend David, his company and his crew.

Demoed and remodeled family room, custom built storage shed, painted several rooms, painted garage interior including floor. Laid carpet, installed new water heater. Truly a contractor that can do it all.

David provided a great service in repairing a lot of dry-rot issues that we had and painting the exterior of the house. We appreciated the consulting on different ideas to address the trim style which related directly to the dry-rot issues. David and his #1, Alejandro did a great job on the house. Our only hicup was a front steel security door which presented problems. That door is our reason for a .5 deduction. It is at the front entry and even after numerous attempts to fix and correct the final result of the painted surface, the security door didn't come out looking as good as the rest of the house. To correct this we will invest in a new security door. Otherwise, David and his crew were very detailed on the work and took care of all the touch-ups that we saw, as well as those we didn't see but were pointed out to us. I would recommend David and Golden Painting & Construction.

The quality of the work was excellent. David and his assistant were very professional and courteous. David did a very good job at matching our paint color and he has an attention to detail and excellence. David has a background in construction and plumbing as well as painting. This experience was helpful as he provided a lot of excellent suggestions. His prices were also very reasonable so we feel that we got very good value for our money. David will be our “go to” painter from now on.

David and his crew are awesome!! They had a big challenge painting my house. The HOA did not like my color choice after it was painted and David and his crew went out of their way to accommodate me and my neighbors by repainting my house. He took late night phone calls from me after HOA meetings and was very understanding, he showed professionalism, in dealing with the situation. David and his crew went all out for me, even offered to take stuff of mine to the dump after the job was done. He was always on time, polite, friendly & respectful. I couldn't of asked for a better crew in the situation that I was in. His work is excellent, and he used only the best quality of paint on my house. A perfectionist!!! I'm planning on using him again. Thank you David & Crew! I give them 10 stars, and A++!!

I recently moved and needed to paint my house. David did an amazing job, I highly recommend him. The quality of the work and courteous and professional mannerism left me very pleased with the company and I will be calling them again.

They didn't do a very go job.They promise to do good work, but never delivered.They were to begin my paint project on the 9th of May and finish by the 13th of May.They didn't beginning painting until the 12th of May and worked off and on until the 20th of May--- and they still had touch-up work to do after that.Basically it was a bad experience for me and I just wanted to get the painter out of my house.I wanted no more promises of coming back to do touch-up work.So homeowerns Beward !
