He always does great work. He is a licensed plumber. He is pleasant and he does clean work. The one thing I disliked which is why I stopped calling him for a while is because he occasionally brings somebody with him. I don't think if it's somebody who visits him or not, and his price is double because he has to pay the guy. That's why now if I call him I ask him if the guy is with him because if he is, I won't use him. I don't feel like paying for somebody who is just handing him a tool. That's the only drawback, but when he comes alone, it's fine. I think he is very honest. A friend was the one that gave me his name and he goes to her church, and he just seems to be nice and very conscientious. He comes in and does the work and gets it done. He is a little less expensive than some other people, but he is not cheap. I am happy because if I am going to pay the money, I decided I want somebody who I can trust in the house and not have to stand over while he is doing the work, and he is really going to be doing the work, and not dragging it out if you are paying by the hour. Everything he does works so far. His responsiveness is excellent even when I tell him there's no hurry or it's not an emergency like the last project, but he said he will take care of it. He is pretty good that way. He shows up at the approximate time when he said he is going to be here. I think he is within a reasonable time frame. His professionalism is excellent.

They are the best plumbing company. Kevin, the man who comes out, will go out of his way to make sure if you have an emergency whether it be early or late or on the weekend, he will still come over. He is very reasonably priced. My mother and her neighbors have used him and then I have used him. He is very knowledgeable. I just cannot say enough good things about him. He was excellent. His price was a little bit less than the standard because he did not have to actually do a total care. The quality of his work, his punctuality and responsiveness are excellent. He was also very very professional.

great - we use him all the time. Our plumbing is old and the line from the back of the house is long and our lot is flat so every so often we have a clog somewhere between back of house and front of house. Diablo Rooter get here when they promise and get the job done with out extra fuss or muss.

Kevin came by a couple weeks back to clear one of our drains. At that time we asked to have him look at our shower head which had been dripping. It wasn't an emergency for us and we had a specialty shower head so the parts weren't readily available .
Kevin came back later to fix it and was in and out in a jiffy. Great service - even late on a Saturday afternoon.
We really appreciate the great service we've gotten from him and continue to use him whenever we need a line cleared, a drain unclogged or any other plumbing concern we may have.

First off, Kevin Moeller who is the sole proprietor was one of the
nicest and more professional guys I've ever met in any live of work. He
was courteous, prompt and called me sir about 8 times...LOL. I had a
simple problem in that the kitchen sink was backed up. Since the trap
valve had not been removed since the house was built about 14 years ago,
it was pretty much cemented in there. He had to drill it out, then cut
out the remaining portions. After clearing the clog, he replace the
trap valve and all the work took about 1/2 hour. I honestly would
recommend this guy 100% of the time with NO reservations. He simply is a
pro, but besides that, is one of the most customer service oriented
guys out there in any profession. I'd give him an A++++++ without
hesitation. Anyone needing a plumber should call this guy immediately.

After having a home warranty plumber try to sell me unnecessary upgrades I called a plumber I had recently met. He does commercial only so gave me the name of Kevin owner of Diablo Rooter. Kevin has helped me twice now and understands you need things repaired not always upgraded. Will always call him first with my plumbing needs.

My bathroom faucets had a slow drip/leak when I moved in (older house). The first plumber who came out to look at them said they needed replacing AND he couldn't unscrew the handles to look at them because and quot;they weren't installed properly.and quot; So I decided to get another plumber for a second opinion.

I got the name of Diablo Rooter off of Angie's List and Yelp. I called and talked to Kevin - he took a few days to get back to me but to be fair, it was a Monday and he was busy!Kevin came out and looked at my faucets - said they did NOT need replacing, just a washer replacement and some greasing. So that's what he did - merely replaced the washers and lubed the handles. No more drips! And I was only out a minimal sum instead of thousands to rip out the walls, replace the faucets (and of course buy new fixtures!).

Kevin was polite and professional the whole time; provided excellent service; and he did not try to sell me services I didn't need. I will definitely be calling Diablo Rooter next time I need a plumber.

Kevin makes time for emergencies. In our case, he got to our house within about an hour of us calling him about a severely clogged drain. He got the emergency portion of the job done that day, and came back a couple of days later to do a few other things. He put it all on one bill after all services were performed and the bill was exactly what he told us it would be when we first talked to him. Everything he fixed now works like a charm. Nice guy, too!

They came out and fixed the shower head promptly. They were here for about an hour. It’s a family-owned company. We have used them for years and they are great. What I like about them is that they are very honest. They are very nice and will not rip us off. I have a lot of trees here and many a time the roots grow through the pipes. So we need it rootered periodically for which I use them. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
