Description of Work: We had low flow toilet installed. The plumber flushed it about 5 times to check for leaks and then left. A few hours later we noticed some water on the bathroom floor. It was dripping from where the tank attaches to the toilet bowl. We called and they sent someone out, even though it was after hours at no additional charge. About a week prior to having the new low flush toilet installed, Hanna also installed a recirulating pump and we are pleased with the way it is working. We had called around to other plumbing companies and Hanna was the most reasonable (they charge an hourly rate as opposed to a fixed rate) plus they were recommended by a friend. I would use Hanna Plumbing again.

Description of Work: Ryan here to hook up sink after new countertop installed. He hooked up the garbage disposal and sink, but could not hook up the Everhot undersink hot water unit. he also said the hose to the faucet was leaking and that we had to get a new faucet. Fortunately our tile installer said we could just find another hose without having to buy a brand new faucet (approx. cost $300). I called and went to FAUCET FACTORY who sold me a new hose, the tile installer installed it and now it works fine. Had I listened to Hanna plumber I would have spent at least $300 needlessly. A good plumber should have known that the faucet needed only a new hose!

Description of Work: They installed a new comfort height Toto toilet with Sanagloss finish and Cyclone flush system; the older (but fairly new) toilet was relocated to our half bath. The retail price for the toilet compared favorably to online prices for the same product. The service was clean and efficient and I am very satisfied with their service. I've used Hanna many times and just recently had them replace a water heater which was also an excellent experience.

Description of Work: We have a leak in a pipe in the garage wall. They were able to take care of the problem without tearing out drywall and rerouting plumbing. This is not the first time we have used Hanna Plumbing, and will not be the last time.

Description of Work: Fred Jr. repaired a leak under my kitchen sink. Since the rate is hourly and he was so efficient, I had him do another small job. All work was done so neatly and professionally that I scheduled another visit to fix some plumbing problems that had been languishing (a Grundfus hot water circulating pump, and reworking of my irrigation service main which was leaking) since I was hesitant to be taken advantage of, as an older widow. I have since recommended Hanna Plumbing and Angie's List to a number of my friends.

Description of Work: Can't compliment Hannah and their plumber Rick enough for the services he performed in my home last week. I had a "to-do" list and he accomplished everything on the list in record time, not stopping for a minute. Budget was a big concern for me, and he patiently went over everything each step of the way to help prioritize the projects, which included a new faucet (and replacing all the old crumbling piping under the sink), a new pressure regulator for the house, a new whole house shut off, a new hose bib, new hose bibs for my washer (hot and cold).... AND plumbed my garage fridge. Very professional. Highly recommend Hannah Plumbing - ask for Rick, he's amazing!

Description of Work: Swapped out a garbage disposal that was dropping down from the sink because it vibrated under the copper sink, and was mounted under the opening. New disposal was put in, and mounts on top of the opening and works perfectly. Chris diagnosed the problem immediately, saving us a lot of time.
