Description of Work: Our Hot water heater died and I called Hanna Plumbing in the morning. They had a tech there by 9AM and he removed the old heater - and installed a new one in it's place. I expected it to take all day - but he was out of there by 1:30p - with new lines, new valve, and a pan under the unit. Technician gave me the option to change a few things (like the valve at the top of the heater, and explained why it was a good idea) and I approved the changes. Overall - a pretty stressful situation, turned routine and straightforward.

Description of Work: I was told the latest appt. was 2 pm, so I had to leave work an hour early (which meant I had to work an hour later another day). Plumber didn't arrive until after 3:30 pm. He did not have the necessary part (which had been discussed earlier by phone) and no one was able to bring it out. No work was done other than pulling out the existing drain pan (30 sec.), then he returned two days later with a helper (and the drain pan) to do the job. I was charged for the initial visit. I did contest the charge, which was removed, but I could not believe there was an attempt to get money for a useless visit that interrupted my work day.
