We had a building inspector (required) check the work after he was completed and he said it was the best job he had seen. He showed up on time. He removed the old water heater and installed the new one in a very timely manor. He was efficient and thorough. Excellent process form start to finish. I have used them for other work as well. They also back the work they perform and will come back out to make any corrections per our past experience.

Their price was great as they did so much work for the money that they were paid. They provided great quality and they were finished in no time at all. The plumbers were very professional and kind. I would recommend this company.

We have been using this service for a couple of years and have seen their shop in our area. We purchased 3 toilets from them and when the service guy came out recently it took him some time to figure how to dismantle and repair from initial install. They didn't charge us for all the time it took for them to figure out the dismantling. We are very pleased with their service and their customer service.

I am very happy with their work. When we called them we were not sure where the leak was and they were able to locate it immediately. They were expeditious and professional. The price was very reasonable and they got the sink fixed and we have not had any more problems with the sink leaking. They are very knowledgeable and everything I expected.

First he replaced the faucet in the kitchen sink. Then I asked him to check out a leak from upstairs shower. He cut a hole in the dry wall and took a peek at it. It looked like what I thought it was -- a seal problem on the drain. He cut the pipe and took out the previous drain. He was just about to install the drain but he noticed there was a crack in the fiberglass shower pan. He suggested I replace the whole pan with concrete footer. The estimate came out to be a $1000. I talked with friends and found I could fix the very small crack in the shower pan for much cheaper. I researched and found this would be possibly be a temporary fix but the support under the pan was good so I am going with the cheaper solution. He was good but I think the time to install the kitchen faucet was excessive -- 1.5 hours.

He was prompt, friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional. He did an excellent job of sealing in the new sink to make up for variations in counter levels. In years past, I had less than pleasant experiences with three separate plumbing contractors. Danny and Hanna, restored my faith in the profession. No question at all I will call Hanna for all future plumbing jobs and will recommend them to everyone I know.

We just moved into this house and had a new refrigerator delivered. For some reason, the ice maker was not hooked up. We were told we needed a line installed. Hanna didn't know when they could do the job, but sent Chris by to spec it. He discovered that there already was a line and he was able to get it hooked up and working quickly. We thought we were going to have to wait a few more days to get this accomplished. Chris was professional and knowledgeable.

Some mix up in finding our house. Came early, no one at home and had to come back later, but came without complaint. Plumber was courteous and explained what needed to be done. Spending time checking to be sure that it was necessary. He did work quickly and all is working well now.

Even though I was a client of theirs and they advertise emergency services, they would not send someone out until sometime the next day. I made a few calls and found another company who sent someone out immediately and did the work needed. I will not call Hanna Plumbing again.

I couldn't be happier. Jessie came by ON TIME, and was a pleasant young guy who knew he was getting into a dirty job, but handled everything with aplomb (excuse the pun). He went above and beyond the call of duty, and performed this ugly job at an extremely reasonable price. A+

I have found Hanna Plumbing on this and previous experiences to be honest, thorough and their plumbers have done EXCELLENT work at a fair and competitive price. Unlike many other tradesmen, Hanna Plumbers do a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

We were quoted over $500 by other companies because they said they'd have to go through the wall. Hanna Plumbing was able to do it for only $88 and didn't have to go through the wall. They were very professional and polite. They came on time (early, in fact!). A+ rating!

HANNA HAD DEMONSTRATED THEIR PIPING EXPERTISE ON THE WATER PIPE REPLACEMENT JOB. THEY INDICATED THAT THEY COULD TACKLE THE RUNNING OF THE NEW GAS LINE, THROUGH THE ATTIC, DOWN THE SIDE WALL, UNDER THE PATIO, AND THROUGH THE SPRINKLERED LAWN TO THE BBQ. ONCE AGAIN THEIR CRAFTSMANSHIP WAS SUPERB....DAN MASON DID AN EXCELLENT JOB THROUGHOUT.

HANNA BID ON THE JOB AND REPLACED IN THREE DAYS THE ENTIRE HOUSE POLY PIPING WITH HARD COPPER TUBING. THREE MECHANICS WORKED ON THE JOB AND IT WAS PERFECT WHEN FINISHED..
