This plumber 1. Did not Repair the dry wall cut that he made in the wall. Told me to go to XXXX XXXXX and Repair it myself., 2. He did not do as he told us on the phone, faucets will be screwed according to the new code. 3. He did not clean afterward and left a mess. 4. He did not have a tape to attach the vent after de unhooked it. He want to charge me 7% if I use credit card (unbelievably fee). I recommend staying away from them.

Dan is very knowledgeable and professional. He has decades of training and experience under his belt. He was so clean at the worksite you would not see any evidence he did a repair, except for the new part that was installed. He removed and replaced a water spigot and a broken water regulator at my home. Everything works well now. Thanks Dan.

Sent picture of bathroom faucet/spout/knob that needed replacement. The product brought was incorrect and had to purchase correct part. So took longer to fix. Finish results look good.
