gave good ideas for maintaining it myself and maybe an upgrade down the road, was pleasant and easy to talk to ,recommendation on a bigger unit to keep electric bill down ( house is 2,000 sq ft ) so unit isn't always trying to keep up .

He returned my call and stopped by. He fixed the problem, serviced the unit and came up with solution to improving it( 2 story house).

The other companies I called wouldn't do both. This way, I can do one service per year instead of twice. I dealt with the owner, Gus, and he did what he said he was going to do. The price he quoted was exactly what he charged, he was on time, professional, worked quickly, asked permission to use the water hose, he told me what he was doing, very polite, and overall he did an extremely good job. I highly reccomend him.
