Mesa Property Mangement

I love the Mesa Properties team!!! They are always polite and patient when working with me. I want to especially thank the team of Jamella, Julie, Mariel and Raul, you guys ROCK!!! I can text them and/or put in a maintenance request and they take care of it right away!!! I can't ask for a better team!!!

We are very pleased with Mesa and their professionalism. They follow through with inspections and keep us well informed regarding our property so we have the assurance our property is well cared for and in good hands.

I have trusted Mesa for 8 years to manage our four rentals in Hesperia. They represent me as the owner as if it was their money. They are very timely with their responses to tenant turnover and property care. Beau was our first manager and he was great. Josh has filled his shoes in the last year and has done a fine job. I have been an investor for a long time. No one does it better than Mesa!

I can highly recommend Mesa Property Management as a superb management company.  They are all professional and friendly, and couple the work with great online services as well.  I worked with Joshua Long, who is our personal manager for our two properties to date.  Josh is fantastic; very upbeat, energetic, knowledgeable, and thorough.  He very carefully placed tenants in our two rental homes with great attention to detail. Also, he is very charming, as well as intelligent. He will instantly text or call back the minute something comes up.I have every confidence in him. I plan to have him manage the rest of our rental properties as they become vacant. Then I can rest easy for my retirement!!  

I was having a difficult time working with a property management company I hired in 2013, so I started looking for other companies that serviced the Victorville area, and I found Mesa Property Management. I setup an appointment with Sherree Stewart; she was professional, knowledgeable, and explained to me how Mesa would handle the transition, current tenant, new tenant placement, evictions, etc.  I hired Mesa in April of 2015 and Sherree assisted me with the transition from the other company, making it easier than I'm sure it could have been. In mid October 2015, the tenants placed by the previous company moved out, leaving a mess that had to be cleaned up. I authorized Mesa to use their vendors for the work that had to be done, including carpet replacement, carpet cleaning, trash removal, housecleaning, lock changes, and misc. handyman work. Sherree handled all communication with Mesa's vendors ; she provided me with quotes for approval before any of the work was done, so I knew what the expenses were as they were incurred, and there were no surprises at the end. I only went to the property once, when all the work was completed, and the vendors did a wonderful job. Finally, Sherree handled new tenant placement, which was effective Jan 1st, 2016.

My account was recently transferred over from Sherree to Mark, and I haven't had the opportunity to work with Mark (since there have been no issues with the current tenants), but I assume I can expect the same service. 

I am in the process of purchasing another rental property in the Inland Empire, and I will definitely have Mesa handle the property management for that place as well. I would recommend Mesa to anyone.
